The experience was very unprofessional. When I arrived at the front desk, the security guard was just sitting there, acting as if he had no responsibilities. I asked him about speaking to the staff member I needed, and he just laughed. When the staff member finally arrived, the security guard began flirting with both her and the other receptionist — even going as far as touching her from behind. This made the staff member I was speaking to visibly uncomfortable and distracted, as she kept asking him to stop while the others laughed along.nnLater, when I was placed in the sick bay room, one of the staff came in briefly, looking like she was in a hurry, then quickly left, turned the light off, and shut the door behind her. I could hear her immediately return to chatting with her coworkers. The whole situation felt careless and unprofessional — definitely not what you’d expect in a medical setting. I left feeling disappointed and not taken seriously.

The old lady that works in Monash pathology here at Cranbourne stood over me and told me that my pregnancy is not an illness and continued to say the same thing over and over in front of a room full of patients getting louder and louder as she continued to talk over me. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and if she is so miserable with her job she probably should retire. I will be taking this further! I’d lost my referral as my house just burnt down and was waiting for my doctor to send it through to which I was told they cannot help me after sitting there for an hour pregnant without having any food or water as I had to fast.

I visited this pathology center to give a blood sample for some tests as my usual spot, 4Cyte in Stawell, was closed—possibly for the end-of-year shutdown. This place was open on the 27th, starting at 8:30 am. By 9 am, it wasn’t crowded, and the staff were efficient. The lady who took my blood sample was very nice, making the experience pleasant.

I had a day procedure done there and starting from the bookings team, the Surgeon, Doctors, Nurses and the receptionist were efficient, professional and friendly.  I am so grateful to have been under their care and will gladly recommend this hospital to others in need of care.

I had a fibroid resection at Monash Health in Cranbourne, which is quite far from my home, but I was able to get an appointment there. Despite some negative reviews on Google Maps, I recommend ignoring them. I appreciate all the work the nurses and doctors did for us. The appointment process was very fast and efficient, with everything handled online, so no paperwork was needed.nnI'm still recovering from my operation. Many thanks to Dr. Isabella and her team for their hard work. You all did a great job.nnI would recommend here for everyone.
