Wonderful dentist. Unfortunately have forgotten her name. Greeted me With a smile. Couldn't have wished for an easier appointment. Her assistants so pleasant. I had a sit and wait appointment which means anywhere up to 3 hours. Was on within 1 hour and 15 minutes. $32.
A truly amazing and understanding dental team!nnI’ve had a severe phobia of dentists and doctors for years, which stopped me from getting a painful tooth extracted even after repeated infections. Eventually, I couldn’t risk it any longer, and my dad helped me set up an appointment with Cranbourne Monash Dental, and honestly, I’m so glad he did.nnMy dentist and his assistant were incredibly patient, kind, and understanding from the moment I walked in. They reassured me, explained things calmly without overwhelming me, and worked at my pace, not theirs. Even when I had panic attacks, they stayed gentle and supportive the entire time.nnI never thought I’d say this about a dental visit, but they truly changed how I see the experience. They helped me overcome one of my biggest fears and made me feel safe every step of the way.nnIf you have dental anxiety or a phobia like me, please know you’re in safe, caring hands here. I’m so grateful for the whole team at Cranbourne Monash Dental.
Hi,nI just called today to book a dental appointment for my sister, who is in a lot of pain and hasn’t been able to sleep. Unfortunately, the lady at reception was very rude and unprofessional. After keeping me waiting for about a minute, she told me not to laugh. I explained that I wasn’t laughing, I was just speaking politely with a smile. Her response made me feel very uncomfortable, and I don’t think that’s the right way to treat people.nnThanks.
The experience was very unprofessional. When I arrived at the front desk, the security guard was just sitting there, acting as if he had no responsibilities. I asked him about speaking to the staff member I needed, and he just laughed. When the staff member finally arrived, the security guard began flirting with both her and the other receptionist — even going as far as touching her from behind. This made the staff member I was speaking to visibly uncomfortable and distracted, as she kept asking him to stop while the others laughed along.nnLater, when I was placed in the sick bay room, one of the staff came in briefly, looking like she was in a hurry, then quickly left, turned the light off, and shut the door behind her. I could hear her immediately return to chatting with her coworkers. The whole situation felt careless and unprofessional — definitely not what you’d expect in a medical setting. I left feeling disappointed and not taken seriously.
I wanted to alert parents if you are taking your children for blood test. Please do not proceed if SHARN or DEEPA are working.nnI took my daughter for blood test. When my husband asked them if they done blood test for toddlers. DEEPA was rude and said, “you can take your baby to another place.”nnThen they proceeded to blood test; did not prepare the needle/ tube. We both parents held baby’s hands and legs. SHARN kept saying this baby is moving alot. She put needle in and out but did not put in vein but kept blaming baby is moving alot. they tried in both hands but no successnnFor next hand, they gave her glove filled with-warm water. We were asked to wait at waiting area with baby.nnI saw another baby came for blood test. SHARN was pointing out my daughter saying “She moved alot. Is your baby okay with blood test?” That was very Rude.nnSHARN came to reception area and said -nnCome to weekdays for blood tests. I don’t understand if DEEPA and SHARN are not competent to do blood test for baby’s why they are rostered for weekend.nnManagement staff please follow:nn1. Can you please provide training to SHARN and DEEPA for toddlers?nn2. Can staff be trained in consumer service?nn3. Can you please put competent/experienced staff during weekend?nnI expect feedback from you soon.nnThanksnPinku
