Fantastic driver. Super friendly, kind and efficient. I was so happy with his ability to deliver me home safely as I had had a very unpleasant experience prior to him picking me up. Chantelle, the young obnoxious and inexperienced girl operating the phones, is super rude with a bad attitude to boot. I arrived at 8.30pm at the pick up point but the driver was not there. I had no problem with this. I rang the mobile number for help listed on confirmation as driver was not there yet. She said "So!?! It is only 8.30 now. What are you expecting?" Instant aggression. I said I wanted to confirm I was waiting in the correct location and to please give the driver my mobile number (Which I had emailed but she had failed to give driver) so he could reach me. Sydney airport had changed since I last visited. I was happy to wait and go to McDonalds as I was hungry but she misinterpreted this. Well, what followed was a very rude and abrupt manner, in which she was extremely short snappy and impatient as she tried to establish my location and tell me where to wait. "Where are you now. Are you at the train station?" No I am not at the train station "I DIDN'T SAY ARE YOU AT THE TRAIN STATION. I SAID ARE YOU NEAR THE FLOOR THAT SAYS TRAIN STATION ENTRANCE!" Finally, when I did not like the tone and manner she was using, I stated "OK. I have just travelled for 48 hours without sleep, please do not be short with me, thank you!" She shouted "I AM NOT BEING SHORT WITH YOU!!!!" and then slammed the phone down! She hung up on me!!!?!?! I was getting ready to get the train home. Clearly a very rude and inexperienced young girl handling customer service, probably for mummy and daddy it seems. Perhaps take a course in customer service and the way to talk and deal with customers who are paying for a service? Moreover a reputation in small business can be lost quite easily as although the driver was a superstar, I felt very disappointed by the service I received on the telephone. Hanging up on a customer is simply not an acceptable way to do business. Very disappointed. Perhaps the owners should train this poor silly girl on how to deal with customers. Bad. If I hadn't had this experience with booking and confirming, I would be giving a glowing review.

We have used Shoalhaven Shuttle 5 times and there service and the professional way that they run there business is a credit to them. Im actually going to ring them on Monday to book our upcoming trip to Europe. They ggave always been on time to pick us up from home and have waited for us at airport due to immigration.

What a fantastic service to be picked up from your door, taken directly to the airport, then picked up, and taken back home on your return. As a frequent flyer this service is perfect for my work, I can still do calls and work during transport to and from the airport. The service is perfect when booking my flights I call and confirm the suitable pick up times, Narelle and the Team work with you. All the drivers are friendly and the vehicles are clean and comfortable.
I don't just use them for work, but also when traveling on a holiday with the family, cost for petrol, parking and the hassle of driving home when tired from a great holiday, are taken away from you, so we can relax and enjoy the trip home together as a family.
Highly recommend anyone planning a trip away, to give them a call, and add Shoalhaven Shuttle into their plans.
