Airport Shuttle Bus North Sydney

have used this service a few times for the last few years. Good service, on time, SMS and calls before pickup. Good service and good communication.

Waited for more than an hour for the shuttle bus to arrive, and even worse a drunk man was driving! This organization is a disgrace, shut them down!

I booked this service. He arrived outside my house with police following him. He was driving an unlicensed vehicle. He already had passengers in the van. He told me to get a taxi and send the receipt back to them so they can refund me the difference. That was February 2016. It's now June 2016, and after almost 10 follow ups by email, I've yet to receive any refund of the difference. No integrity or concern over safely. Never again.
