The driver was extremely rude and confrontational, I sent an email to them explaining how I was treated, and due to me being autistic and not thinking clearly and waking up early in the morning, I was not able to respond quickly to that driver when he got all in my face yelling at me when I was finding out whether or not he already got paid, because the front desk of the hotel I was staying at was getting things set for that shuttle service to pick me up the next day, and he had his hand held out the whole time as I was pulling out the money, and then he asked for the ticket by which he just took off as I was looking for it without him saying anything. The director Lana must have thought that I must be low functioning when I mentioned having autism, because she took advantage and said that he did not treat me like that even though she was not there, and I asked for the driver's name and she did not answer
Arrived at Sydney airport, called them, was told 35 minutes. Every time I called to see where the guy was, he said is on his way. I waited an hour after calling more times to say I was by the white mini buses which he agreed to meet me. I gave him my phone number to call me when he arrives. Hear nothing so I call and he said he called me multiple times which he did not. Said he was waiting there which is not true. Very frustrating experience, rude and terrible communication...
If you want a reliable lift to the airport - don't use this service. 2 days before I needed a ride to the airport, I rang this company to organise a lift. I spoke with the driver who confirmed a pick up time, location and estimated arrival time at the airport. On the day, 10 minutes before I was about to be picked up, the driver the same person with whom I spoke to 2 days earlier rang me to say he wouldn't be able to pick me up and then hung up. My advice would be to find other means of transport to the airport.
AVOID this business. The owner told a traveller, who rang from Europe, that he had an airport pick-up booking. When I contacted him to confirm the booking he said he "doesn't take airport bookings" - just ring when you get your luggage! So why did he promise a booking? When I rang a second time in the hope of speaking to someone else, I got the same guy - who began shouting at me and abusing me. Do not deal with this company.
Great and cheap airport service - on my recent trip to Bali I was picked up on time and it only cost me $25 to get to the airport from Vaucluse. Highly recommend this service and will definitely be using it again in future.
Don't bother. After he was late, I called to get a "I'm just a round the corner" response. He was so late if I did not take a taxi I would've missed my flight. Have to ask yourself when booking this is it worth the risk of him not turning up for you too?
I pre-booked them to pick up my parents and take them to the airport. Giving clear instructions on date, time and location. The guy didn’t show up and after repeatedly calling him he told me he was gonna be there the day after.... parents nearly missed their flight! Stick to Über and Taxi!
WARNING!! Do not book with this company! They did not turn up. We booked 10 days in advance, and the day of called to confirm our booking. After waiting one hour from our booking time and making several phone calls we could not wait any longer. We took a taxi and only just made our flight. Do not book through these people. very poor service without even letting us know their delay only until we called,very very disappointed and will never recommend to anyone else
No service happened with Eastern Suburbs Airport Shuttle on 8 September 2014!! when I expected to be picked up going to the international airport! I booked 1 day before my departure and when the bus was supposed to show up Victor from the company said, around 12:20pm but to wait outside.. I didnt see any shuttle bus in front of my building at 12:20, around 12:22pm came out and waited another 8 minutes thinking he was running late. He also must have my mobile number in his mobile/or iphone calls records from the day before. When I called him at 12:30pm, Victor said he was already at the airport he was not coming back, why I didnt come out, he was beeping etc..That's an ordinary lie as i would've heard if anyone was beeping in my quite street, furthermore I was checking looking through the open window and eventrully came out at 12:22pm. I had to be a very quick and fortunately had combined taxis number handy.. When I finally organised the taxi and called Victore again plus complained that I didn't see and didn't hear any bus horn and my flat looks on the street and is 8 metres far from the street also that he didnt even call to check...Before I even finished, Victor was shouting and swearing at me on the phone.. I said i would make sure everyone else knows about my awful experience also hoping no one would want to risk no appearance...Don't use this service...-1 star satisfaction
I called to book a pick-up for my son at the International Terminal to Rose Bay. "Tell him to ring my mobile when he gets there" said a rather brusque man. Then he said it was $35. I said the website said it was $20. He said yeah but I have to entry blah blah ... , So for me: no thanks. Very unprofessional.
