Never again. What a Mickey Mouse operation. The name of this company is a joke. I arrived at 5:55, was told by the hotel that this company’s published pickup was at 6:15. I had a ticket in hand before 6:00, at which time I was told there was a slight delay, and it would be 20 minutes. No problem. But 20 minutes turned into 35, with still no shuttle in sight. Desk clerk claimed it was on the way. When I pointed out that the scheduled pickup time was 6:15, I was told “read the contract”. What #^*}+]! Contract? Finally a driver arrived. An hour after I bought a ticket, I finally arrived at my hotel, which was less than 5 minutes away.

Recently travelled with my wife to Sydney, were unsure of best way to get in to Sydney from the Airport. Staff were helpful and mentioned the 3 options (train, taxi and bus/transfer) after discussion we decided to give it a shot. Was a fair price and super speedy for us. We got onto the shuttle bus within 5 minutes and were dropped right to the front door of the Hotel. Driver was nice. Unfortunately after reading all the negative reviews about transferring back to the airport from Sydney with them, we decided to skip out and not risk it. Hopefully our pleasant experience from the airport to Sydney is more reflective of the direction the company is trying to take! Unfortunately all the bad reviews steeres us away, but super pleasant on the way from the airport to City.

Customer service is very poor. Just interested in selling tickets. Driver for vehicle number 240 was friendly and helpful. But the person who booked the ticket didn’t tell us complete information. N person who was there to get us on board was very rude

35 minutes late. Had to call them to make sure they were still coming. Obviously they had forgot and then said traffic was bad. Almost missed an international to the US. Call an uber/taxi for peace of mind.

What do you need after 21hours of travel? Being met by a friendly face as you come into Arrivals then a short walk to the very comfortable car. Then a quick and pleasant drive to our Hotel. Cannot speak more highly of this superb service. I have used similar services in other parts of the world but this beats the lot!
