After having to wait 3hrs at the airport for our return journey ,on our last experience with this company, I was hesitant to use them again. When (nervously)booking our return trip with them this time, I explained the previous episode, only to be told this wouldn't happen again as their last bus leaves the airport at 9pm(our flight arrival time was 8.05pm). Our plane arrived on time and when we were greeted by their driver at 8.15pm, we were told we would be waiting for an overseas student, whose plane had just arrived. He said we would be leaving at 9pm.
Long story short: the student never arrived , and at 10pm, the driver finally decided to stop waiting and return to the coast.
Back to the train for us.

Mr Johnson. The problem with your comment is that's it NOT true. Regardless of what you may think or have come to believe, your mother's knee "clicked" and failed to hold her weight while she was getting into the bus. This resulted in her falling on her knee onto the step and she skinned her leg. Barry, our driver, was standing behind her at the time and saved her from falling out of the bus onto the concrete thus preventing a far more serious injury. You may not want to hear that, but that is exactly what happened. This was all witnessed by another passenger who just happens to be a school teacher and school chaplain. I don't think she would tell lies, do you? Your mother was offered assistance, she was asked if she wanted an ambulance or medical treatment at hospital, she replied she just wanted to get home where her daughter, who is a nurse, would look after her. She was helped and assisted also by the other passenger on the way home. This has all been explained to your sister who was happy to "just leave it at that". But putting silly untrue comments on social media platforms seems to be the thing to do these days. It is very unfortunate that your mother suffered an injury whilst on our bus. Perhaps if she had been assisted in her travels by a family member instead of being elderly and travelling alone, things could have been different. This was NOT our fault, nor was her injury contributed to by our driver. As for me being despicable, the truth sometimes is not what people want to hear and I was just letting your sister know what information I had been able to obtain from the independent witness. I'm sorry if you choose not to believe the truth but that does not give you the right to put rubbish comments on public social platforms. These comments could easily be construed to be defamatory as they are "published" comments that could result in legal action. That may stop people writing whatever they think they can whether it be truthful or not.

They need to provide more regular services to be of value. On the trip to the airport I was given no choice but to be dropped off 3.5 hours before my flight. On the return trip I had to wait at the International terminal for almost 2 hours to be picked up. With waiting times like that you can hardly categorise it as a 'shuttle service'. When I stated to the driver, Warren, when he finally picked me up that I could have been home by now if I'd caught the train he falsely claimed that he was caught in traffic etc etc but a fellow passenger said he was exaggerating. His manner was slso extremely rude. Won't use this company again unless they make it more convenient in terms of waiting times.

These guys and girls always try and make things as easy as possible for my transfers from Sydney to the Central Coast.

Rather than go to the airport myself, I entrusted this company to pick up an international visitor and transport her to the Coast. I was nervous as to how it would go, but staff assured me they would meet our visitor and remain in constant communication throughout the process. This is exactly how it went and my visitor and I could not have been more pleased with the service. Friendly and efficient driver..
