We got told by the lady on the phone that our pick up time was 4am for a 6am domestic flight. The bus came and the driver then told us that we won't make our flight unless we take the toll roads which we then had to pay out of our own pockets. Why didn't they just pick us up an hour earlier then if they knew we wouldn't make the flight unless we took the toll roads? Unbelievable. We called up the company to make a complaint and they didn't think they did anything wrong. The transfer back home by another driver was much better but that's because there was no urgency to be at a place at a certain time
I used Hoang Do for many years. I had to cancel my pick up to the airport due to getting Covid. The lady on the phone was rude, unprofessional and wasn't willing to offer me a refund. I will never use this service ever again. DO NOT USE
I been with Hoang Do more than 1 year. 2 times my flight was cancelled and I contacted to Hoang Do Boss but he said can't do anything. Work unprofessional and no responsibility. Never use this service again.
Used the service both from and to Sydney airport. App was simple enough to use. We requested a toddler seat which was also supplied. The driver was on time and where he said he would be. Was a little hesitant to book with them based on the negative reviews but glad I went ahead with it.
Im sombody with a disabilitywalking impairment, traveling with my sick mother but the driver kept rushing us to move faster. It came across very rude and inconsiderate. He didnt even bother to get our luggageand left us to pull our own luggage and charged us extra because he came to the carpark early. I would honestly, just reccomend taking a regular taxi then having to deal with the ignorance that my mother and i have had to endure. He was also very nosy into our own personal business very unprofessional !
Very bad customer cervice . kim has so bad customer service . Do not wast your money with this company. Bad customer service . reception so bad service . I do not recomend for this service. Even one star is too much they do not deserve it.
Bad service always asked for more money if you have 1 or 2 extra people, but if you got less people not pay us back. While charge from us should included toll, why need to ask to pay more if we want to go through toll? Don’t they need to pay for petrol too while they stuck in to many traffic light? Never use this company again and never recommend any friend.
On time for pick up to go to airport. Our Flights were cancelled and they were understanding and accommodated to us being late were at the airport ready to pick us up no hassles..

Picked up from Sydney airport yesterday morning Driver was unbelievable so pathetic so rude and so unprofessional forcing me to pay toll even I’ve told him I had no money left The fee have been paid for so I insisted just go the normal way and he’s refused
