Hills Airport Shuttle

I found this service to be efficient and professional with reasonable communication. My flight was delayed by 3 hrs. Before I boarded I received a confirmation text but I was a bit concerned that there would be no driver waiting for me in Sydney. The driver contacted me by text and phone call while I was going through customs and was waiting for me in the designated place. He was helpful and considerate, not even complaining when he had to take the trailer off to turn the van around to get out of my driveway. My only suggestion is that the office should let the driver know that the customer has been in touch with them about the delay to save relying solely on the driver keeping themselves updated.

I have used this service several times over the past six years and each time I have had excellent service. On time. Safe travelling. Helpful. One flight landed in Sydney terribly delayed, missing my shuttle bus connection. They knew of the delay and organised another bus to be waiting for me. That is service.

They completely forgot about our return trip from the airport despite their confirmation for the same. After contacting Vincent the driver he advised he will be there in 45 min to 1 hour because he picked up another passenger. Very unprofessional, avoid them unless you enjoy being disappointed.

Terrible service and unclear communication. We arrived at Sydney International Airport today at 4pm with nobody to pick us up. When I called to see what was happening the lady on the phone stated “we saw your booking this morning but could not fill your request”. When I questioned why nobody had contacted us to cancel our request/booking, I was met with silence on the phone. No apology at all. Do not book transfers with this unreliable service!!!

I generally don't like leaving negative reviews but in this instance, I feel that I must. I made a booking and received confirmation that the estimated pickup time to the airport was 12:30. It was a really hot day (42°C) and as with other shuttle services I'd used in the past, went outside to wait for it 5 mins before the estimated time. By 12:35, no sign of the shuttle. No calls telling me it would be late, so I call them. Only then was I told the driver was running "a little" late and he would be here "soon". I waited another 10 mins, and still nothing and was rapidly getting extra cranky due to the heat. By 12:50, I was ready to just book a taxi but decided to ring them again to check on when the shuttle would arrive. I was told the driver should be with me in another 5 mins. The driver finally showed up at 1pm, and drive straight past me because I was standing in the shade opposite the address I provided. You'd think he would've been smart enough to figure out that someone standing around near the address provided, with luggage, is probably the customer. He eventually arrived at 1:05. Things don't improve. The shuttle was booked full, and there almost wasn't enough space to put the luggage. The driver was pleasant enough but making me wait 40 mins in the heat was unforgivable. The lack of communication also contributed to a negative rating. Overall, I can safely say that I won't be using them ever again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
