Booked for a return trip , the drop off was good , our flight landed in Sydney Airport at 5pm and the scheduled pick up time was 6 pm. After our immigration process I contacted the taxi driver and picked us from airport by 6:30 and informed that they have to pick more people from domestic airport but ended up waiting for next 2 hours in the domestic airport. In total we waited 2.5 hours after a long journey. We have booked it for 6 people and don’t recommend their service if you are not willing to wait for hours. Don’t recommend their service at all.
A fantastic service: efficient, friendly and professional. The booking team were very helpful and the driver was right on time and looked after everyone. It was well worth the fare to make the trip from the South Coast to the airport so easy. Would definitely recommend!
If I could choose no stars I would. Called to inquire about my flight at 6am to fly out. The lady said "I can't help you with that" and then empty silence. No explanation. I had to ask why not. She then said their service starts at 7am. Perhaps putting the original statement as "I can't help you with that as our service starts at 7am" would have been better. Work on the tone and delivery.
Never ever would I recommend this service. They were late picking me up by 15 minutes then blamed the wind for making me miss my plane.very rude
My mum booked a shuttle from South Nowra to Sydney. Arrived earlier than expected. Shortly after leaving mum got message to say flight cancelled and asked to be dropped in Nowra on the way through so my husband could get her to stay in Nowra for flight tomorrow. Called the office as per the driver only to be told we had to pay another $115 as they had already provided the service!?! Never will recommend nor use this company again.
