Go Sydney Shuttle

A great way to get from the Airport to Sydney City. The staff was excellent - very friendly and entertaining. A great service, Thank You!

I have never experienced such bad customer service - ever! Below is an outline of the experience my husband and I had with this company after having prepaid (Sydney airport to city- return). Please note - there was never any comms from this company once we arrived in Sydney - no text or call was ever made to us to let us know of any updates or where to meet. I called this company at least 4 times within a space of 2 hours of us being left to hang around and wait at the airport. 1. Arrived in Sydney on Wed 28th March - we were collected 2 hours from landing. 2. I contacted this company when we arrived and were through customs to see how long it would take to be collected - I spoke to a gentleman. His response was he would contact the driver. 3. I called again approx 15mins after my first call and spoke to a lady rep. She informed our plane was 30 mins early and I never called the first time as there was no gentleman in the office, there was only her. I explained our flight was 5 mins early and I had called. She did not believe me on both accounts and kept talking over the top of me saying our flight was early. I have written proof our flight was only 5mins early. She finished the call by saying she would contact the driver. 4. I called again and asked to speak to a Manager. The same lady stipulated she was the Manager and there was no one else to talk to. I asked how long were we expected to wait - it had already been at least an hour. She said she wasn't able to give me an exact time - again I asked to speak to her Manager. She hung up on me. 5. Over an hour and a half after landing I called again and she said it would be another 10 mins. I let her know I would be making an official complaint about our experience. She said go ahead. 6. 2 hours after landing - we were collected by a gentleman with a stick who did not acknowledge or talk to us - he rolled his eyes at me when I asked whether our surname was on his list. Once we were in the van he told us to hurry up. He was unapproachable and did not engage with us at all. 7. I strongly advise any one looking at this company with the intent to book their transportation - to not proceed. I booked through this company as I was under the impression it would be a seamless option compared to a taxi and we would be looked after and treated with respect. I genuinely believed it would be a smooth transition and one of their drivers would be waiting for us once we got through customs - holding a sign with our name on it. Alas - we didn't even receive one text and infact were berated when calling them for an update. Please do not book through this company - we will never entertain the thought of using their services again. If you have children - please instantly move on, imagine being at the airport for 2 hours once landed, trying to look after your children. I look forward to receiving a personalised response back from the CEO or will the real owner of this company please step up?!

Bad experience. We booked the shuttle as a prepaid service to and fro Sydney airport. When we arrived at Sydney, the driver was nowhere in sight. When we called the customer desk they berated is for making the driver wait. The driver had no sign board. A grumpy man with a stick with no courtesy. Our return journey was worse. I called the customer care who barely understood English and rudely warned me to be ready 10 minutes before the scheduled time or the shuttle would leave The driver was a rude man offering no greetings. He parked away from the hotel despite there being ample space. Ordered us to enter the shuttle quickly. He drove like a maniac breaking signals and cutting lanes. On arriving at the airport he threw our bags out and asked us to get out fast. Don’t ever take this service. Uber it down it won’t cost more than AUD 35-40 to the City Center

Worst experience EVER !! Got a phone call the night before to say our pre-arranged pickup time to airport was to change - either 1 hour earlier or 1 hour later. I said neither time was convenient & that telling me at 9:00pm night before early morning pickup was not okay. Told me that roadworks were the problem . Yeah right mate - like for 1 hour no traffic could get through to the airport??? (By the way talked to people at the airport who had minor delays by road but nothing major). Basically I was not convenient I guess. Caught the train in the end. No refund given. Really crappy service & feel ripped off. Used shuttles in many countries & this definitely WORST.
