Have a second degree burn on whole left shoulder and upper back. Nurses and doctor very friendly, helpful and caring The triage were so friendly and helpful. Nurse practioner was great as she had the knowledge so i got the correct care

I have had a horrible experience with the antenatal clinic at Shellharbour Hospital. I'm pregnant and I have had trouble with them my whole pregnancy and it has been the most stressful time of the whole pregnancy. I have been trying to call the clinic for 4 days and haven't been able to get through. I have tried several numbers and even called the hospital directly over and over and asked them to transfer me through. I don't get a call back, and have never been answered once. Just pick up the phone.

Shockingly rude and unsympathetic receptionist/triage nurse. Saw her laughing about a poor young girl who was crying hysterically.

Extremely rude reception, unhelpful. Literally called the fire department and they helped me faster in the waiting room of shellharbour hospital. Worst
