I won't be parking here again, here are the reasons why: 1. The entry into the carport is too narrow for a car exiting while another car is entering. Almost got hit by the road traffic when I had to back out to allow a car to exit. 2. We prepaid online, so expected a spot to be "saved" for us. We had to wait for a car to exit a spot in order to park. 3. The car park itself is small and most of the parking spots are very narrow, would not recommend people with a larger car to park here. 4. The lift only operates on weekdays between certain hours. We had to push our pram up all the way on the 'road' used by cars. This is dangerous and it was a strain to handle this with kids in tow. 5. The fire stairs are dirty and in need of a good clean. 6. Not all spots can be parked in thanks to the building pillars making it very difficult to maneuver. I saw one small car parked and another car that blocked it off, I would not want to be the owner of that car. On the plus side, the parking is close to Martin place and they have a flat weekend rate.

An absolute disgrace of a car park. No tap and pay facilities. Good luck getting out should you not have a physical credit card.  Happy to charge premium rates but somehow not making enough to add a basic contactless facility at the exit gate or pay station.  To add insult to injury just look over the cooky cutter template responses to many complaints over a number of years about this carpark claiming to care and wanting to improve the facility including to tap and pay. Please don't treat your customers with such contempt. It is highly galling :  "Hi XYZ We are sorry that you are disappointed  but appreciate your feedback regarding our car park at 60 Elizabeth Street. We are committed to providing you with a great experience, further improvements are underway. Hope you give us another chance in the future when you need parking"  Go elsewhere.

Good location. Carpark staff were helpful. 1st guy who was there when we pulled in directed us to the level where there were still carparks. After we parked, he reappeared and showed us where the lift was important cos we had a pram and 2 young kids W us. Very $$$ but at least they had spots to park in.... Unlike the MLC carpark which is even smaller and tighter and they don't tell you when the carpark is full so you waste 20mins driving through a full carpark where most of the spaces are reserved

My choice for a carpark at night. 25 dollar flat fate if you enter after 6pm. Exit before 12am but the time limit when the car park closes isnt exact. It can he later.

Your tickets don’t have an address on them, it’s $99 for only a few hours of parking and the lifts are broken. I would make a complaint if it was not for the fact that Azziz really saved my bacon, it was dark and I was lost and he helped me find my car and was so helpful. Promote that man, your car park is a death trap but you did something right hiring him as a security guard.

Great parking price after 6pm when you secure a booking online

Absolute rip off, broken lifts, stinks bad the lower you go, and $79 for an hour and 20 minutes, plus then they jip you the fee for using card, don't even bother, I'd rather a ticket parking on the street

Very cramped and a little inconvenient to re-enter the carpark.

Located in a good spot, central to the CBD. Parking attendants are friendly. Very high priced. Waiting for the car to get out takes very long during peak 5pm time. Not sure how to walk out of the car park, I believe the ramp is shared with cars going in/out.
