This is the good car park with good fee for all day with the security around the parking space. We can parking here with a lot of hour for run around the sydney and town hall or wybard. I will recommend for my friends here.
Good for weekend parking at $18 for the day that works out cheaper than public transport for a family of 5. It's also conveniently located being a few blocks to QVB but also car entry and exit is a quieter part of Sussex St so you're not sitting in traffic. Make sure you bring the actual credit card as the machine doesn't have NFC payment as an option.
A bit of a mess of a car park. The upper floors have very narrow pathways to drive up but the lower floors are more normal. If you have a larger car, longer car, or are scared of making tight turns I recommend you avoid the upstairs. It's also a single lane two way upstairs, I don't know what you do if you're stuck going the wrong way. The cars enter via Sussex Street but you can exit via Sussex Street or Market Street or Kent Street. It comes out in 2 different commercial buildings which is really weird. Because there are commercial lifts and tenant lifts if you go to the wrong left you won't be able to get out of the car park. You can book online. There is an early bird rates which you can get if you pick of couple of weeks in advance. Otherwise they're actually charge you about 30 to 40% more than what is listed there. There is also an online booking the which cannot be avoided at all so I'm not sure why they don't roll it into the actual fee. You will note that the Wilson Parking which are just as prevalent in the city do not have this weird extra fee. The booking fee works out to be up to 5% of the actual parking rate There is bike parking and showers in the upper levels
Whoever is behind the account replying to these low reviews, most of the time you just say sorry which doesn't change anything. I don't need your sorry, go fix your system instead by adding tap and pay You can only pay with a physical bank card... i only had my phone with me, so I had to call assistance when going out, there was a cop there that said they'll take my number and then direct me to pay. First person answered, gave him my number he called, then hung up. Tried again, second person tried to charge me extra. There was only 1 exit because it was late, and a lot of cars were waiting for me at this point, some guy had to go down and come call again and tell them to let me out then make me pay since it's just on the phone and cause of the long line.
A good parking spot in the CBD. It's close to George St; it has a flat rate priceA$20 on Share With Oscar app.
It's one of the closest car parks to the Sydney Aquarium, and they have a cheap all-day rate on Sundays. And booking online was easy.
Deserves a zero, paid $85 for a few hours parking to have my car broken into! Called to find out how useless, unhelpful and not secure parking they have!
Good carpark but weird payment requirements, can only use a credit or debit card. No cash, no phone, no tap and go, no online. It's 2022 I'm sick of carrying a wallet, you'd think this wouldn't be an issue anymore. Another weird quirk when you book early online to save a single dollar they charge a $1.10 booking fee... nice.
Would leave zero stars if I could - Booked a secure a spot space between 8.30 - 5pm, paid 25 which I considered fair, ended up leaving the car park at 2pm due to unforeseen circumstances and was then charged an additional fee of 46 dollars nearly 2 times the original booking fee! because I left outside of my booking timeframe of between 5-7.30pm. I could understand the charge if I left later, however don’t understand how leaving earlier impacts the fees of the car park. So you get charged for not taking up a car space and leaving earlier, still waiting on a response as to how that additional charge is calculated and considered fair and reasonable
I say to everyone don't park there. Was regular customer using early bird. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances had to leave work and exit the park early. They have a hidden charge in some conditions where they charge an extra $49 if you leave the park early. Daylight robbery, The charge is not clearly displayed so a customer booking can be clearly aware of it. Even when I pointed out I am a regular customer that has never left early ever in the last two years they refuse to refund me the charge. The lady I spoke to on the phone was rude & did not care. Never going to use these crooks again.
