My father who hardly speaks English was stuck in this car park for an hour! All because this car park does not have any machine able to pay the ticket. No pay by the phone, no cash, no staff answer calls.They only accept physical card, but card machines doesn’t work! Pay station also doesn’t work! It’s totally frustrating and waste time! Never want park here again.
Highway Parking Garage Robbery, $59+ to park for over one hour. On the way out I tried to pay with my paypass at the gate, it only accepted a physical card. I had to park my car in a loading zone near the gate, walk down a level and find the poor lonely parking attendant who is crammed into a tiny makeshift office in the corner of the carpark so I could pay with my phone paypass. Sydney city parking garages are a joke, such a sad state of affairs!
Very central location in CBD. Bridge st light rail 10M from exit. Only down side is pedestrian access is via a fairly steep ramp, but plenty of space to drop less mobile people before carpark entry.
Online booked through secure parking however the pin did not go through.. Very narrow turns, very accident prone Secure parking was kind enough to add credit but would definitely not book again
Never park with Secure Car Park. Charged for the parking, did not provide any spot to park. Staff member advise us to park illegally and asked us keep the keys with you once you come back take your car then charged us $40 additional saying we left car park outside our booked items. Customer Service at its worst.
WARNING parking ticken machine doesn't work at night, also if your car is tall lowest point is 1.85m I almost stack with my car. Also staff doesn't pick up through the coms button at night so call the emergency line to pay over the phone. Also no cash. Listen to the 1 star reviews I didn't
hi, we accessed the Met centre secure parking today1st Nov. There is a HUGE HAZARD in this carpark. First of all it is not acceptable to close the lift for the weekend. It is not help the people who need it! On top of that, with only access is the drive way, it is dangerous for anyone who walk down that STEEP SLIPPERY path. It was heaving rainy day today and when we were trying to go back to the carpark with our pram and baby in it. The entrance of the car park is very slippery and the pedestrian path has no safety sign or any anti-slipery strips on the floor to protect customers. I have to run down the steep slippery driveway with a BABY in the pram and almost fall. My husband fall on the ground because of the slippery and steep surface! Both of us was injured during this one time access! this is the worst cat park every and very disappointed with Secure Parking!
Terrible parking lot, you have no options to pay if not only a card, which is very bad considering that in any parking you can use cash or tap cell phone. In addition to the fact that the parking does not have enough lighting, signs or mirrors, I almost hit another car since there was not enough light. Worst parking in the CBD
Checked in after 5 p.m. on Saturday afternoon for a job in the city I was pleased to find that would that it would only cost $20. However when I tried to pay with my credit card at the end of the evening the machine wouldn't allow me to pay by credit card. Luckily I had a $50 note and machine gave me the correct to change with a receipt.
Can't think of the last time I received service this bad. I know it's only a carpark, but ladies, I wouldn't go in to this place on your own... and good luck getting out!
