Worst parking experience. We validated our ticket at Dolton house and the guy at the lobby informed us that we will be paying $18. At the exit gate the screen displayed $30. We called for assistance and the lady went through the payment process and we could see on our bank app that $18 were debited but the gate wouldn't open. We called again and the lady said that the payment was canceled when it was appearing on our credit card history. She asked us to pay $30, we rejected to pay again, she started to be rude and hung up. We waited at the gate for over 40 minutes waiting for assistance and for the gate to be opened resulting a long queue of cars waiting for us to get out. We called a support number starting with 8000 and we had to pay again to get out of this carpark. We could see on our bank app that we got charged twice. $18 and $18.41. Evidence of double payment is available. Never parking there again.

We were there for less than 2 hours.  The machine was broken and a white haired, bearded man was fixing the boom gate. We had to wait until he’d fixed it so we could get out. The machine then charged us $94. $94? Seriously? Then we saw that we waited for so long for the machine and the boom gate to start working; it went for 2 hours and 3 mins thus, the $94? But why should we pay because of your technical problems? It’s an inconvenience for us, not the car park.  We then told the guy but he was just quiet. We thought he couldn’t speak literally. He then helped us putting the card in after the wait and only said, “do you need the receipt?” After 2 attempts trying to pay on the broken machine, we had to pay the full $94 to get out of that narrow carpark.  Unless if you are a pro pro pro driver or an F1 driver, be very careful when you go in there. If you don’t want you car and card ripped off then it’s better to avoid this car park. Should’ve read the reviews before going in there.

Do not park here people this place is a rip off. 30 bucks for just 2 hours and card payments only. The machine will charge your credit card twice so becareful and check your credit card statements. Very tight corners and way below basement level. This parking centre needs to shut down. Too dangerous to park there.

I validated my ticket at Doltan House for a flat rate of $18 but when I put the ticket into the pay machine, it said that I had to pay $30. The machine at the boom gate said the same thing. I tried to call the intercom and the phone number but there was no answer. I just ended up paying it.  This story and the very tight turns on the way in and out is why I might never park there again.

Extremely narrow path. Seriously not worth parking there and getting your car scratched. You rather pay more and have a wide and “ secure path “ Use this place at your own risk . Good luck

Worst Parking experience ever! They try to charge you several times and the operator is very rude

Pay station machine constantly breaks down , issues with exit boom gate, exit ticket system issues, calls to operator to solve issues are difficult as their English is unrecognizable. Yes it’s convenient , as a regular user I’m frustrated by this constantly. Last night was another issue- 25 cars banked up , waiting for almost 45 mins as the system broke down. After an hour they finally opened the boom gate.

A carpark with many floors but not enough spaces. Includes impossible turns but not the worse in the city.

Sunday validated and paid for our ticket at Palace chinese restaurant.  When we went to exit the ticket was "unreadable." We pressed the assistance button for about 15 minutes while cars lined up behind us. NO RESPONSE.  Called the emergency hot line number on exit gate, on hold for another 30 minutes and No RESPONSE.  I ended up calling the Secure parking Picadilly number from Google WHICH WAS DIFFERENT TO THE EMERGENCY NUMBER and waited for another 20 minutes before someone answered and helped us exit the car park.  Total horror story.  Terrible communication lines. Hope you don't have an emergency in the car park because it will be a minimum 1 hour wait.
