Secure Parking - World Square Car Park

Agree with other customers noting sneaky practices. Charged a flat rate for public holiday, but then charged an overstay fee for leaving after 6pm, even though a later exit time was selected online on the booking system. The website reverted to a 6pm exit time, and I wasn't aware of this until after the booking. Rang customer service to let them know that my exit time will be later than 6 pm, and was reassured that the maximum rate was charged for the day and so "no need to worry". Thanks for the false reassurance, because I was then charged an overstay fee. World square secure parking may be cheap, but the resultant poor and dismissive customer service will mean I will never return. Luckily, my credit card company has reversed the charges, so I wouldn't have waste anymore time dealing with this company.

Very unhelpful staff. My card keeps breaking and the security guard is reluctant to even let me out of the car park. They won’t respond to my email asking them to reset my card. It has taken weeks just to get them to take action from last time they locked my car in their car park. They also raised their monthly prices by $50 over a 6 mo th period with very little notice to their customers.

I needed to make a change to my booking time and Mathew in the sales team was very helpful. He credited my account and walked me through how to amend the booking and sent me on my way. 10/10 service.

If you hate speed humps dont bother parking here in the private section. There is literally 10 to each level and they're not your usual small one, these are high speed humps that just f**ks with your cars suspension. RE: speed humps gone theyre alright now.

It only take 3 seconds for them to take your money away But to get a refund, it took them more than 2 weeks. and I made about 7 CALLS, no one ever tried to help. Very POOR customer service.
