Hideously ugly monstrosity which generally smells very bad. Odours generally related to homeless people who seem to live there and use the quiet corners as toilets. Contains a long moving walkway which is always dirty and often broken down for weeks at a time. Not recommended for lone travellers due to isolation and frequent loitering of unsavoury types. Toilets always appalling. Prices frequently increased for nearby events despite the carpark being half empty and obviously not in high demand at these times. Minimal staff who hide away in office completely ignoring security and safety leaving customers to run the gauntlet of beggers. Beware of used needles which often remain on floor for days. Very frightening place.

It used to be $10 flat on weekends. Their website also showed the same however, they have revised their price to $20 which we will come to know only when you reach the car park. Not any more recommended!! There are other car parks around under $20 on weekends

Beware on weekends when $10 flat rate is advertised at the entrance but the full rate is charged as you leave. It was only that I got out of the car to pay for my friends parking did i realise I was going to be charged the full amount $48. Had some frustrating moments reversing out and finding the office where the staff then reissued the ticket for the right amount but it was a hassle all the same.

Quite reasonable early bird rate for $19/day (1x entry/exit) and weekly pass for $100/wk (unlimited entry/exit). Easy payment and friendly staff. Spacious covered parking spaces and straight forward navigation around the carpark. A fair bit of walk about 12 min though from carpark to Museum station or Martin Place.

Conveniently located, very warm inside, ventilation needs work, good weekend rates. Make sure to book ahead for big events.
