It's a Pretty brightly lit car park placed centrally in the city and with good size wide lanes for going up and down levels. There aren't any blind corners or scrape dangers. We had an SUV and I think even larger cars will be able to navigate without any problems. Good for visits to the darling harbour area with aquarium and wild life park. The car spaces themselves are Mainly regular sized. Didn't seem to be any particular narrow spaces like most City Car Parks. It's also pretty regularly shaped like it was actually planned not like some of the basement car parks in the city. This one is mainly above-ground starting from Sussex Street going up 7+ levels. Compared to other Wilson's, secure, and private city car parks this one is one of the better ones. It's set back from Kent Street and there is a tunnel going in. The middle land is a bit strange at it is dual Direction meaning cars can go in or the same way out through that one Lane. The initial couple of levels are all Reserved spaces and also specified spaces. Accessible from both Kent St and Sussex Street, this is very convenient since they are both one way streets in the city.
Great parking for both morning and evening use. They have both a precook option as well as decent rates. Best thing is that the car park location is nice and central to everything in the city. Use this car park all the time.
Good location & price when pre-booking for inner city parking. On entry the booking card wasn’t recognised, no assistance available & ended up having to pay twice. Friends used the same card as booking & were also billed twice. Changing vehicles on the booking was also difficult & wasn’t easily transferable.
Absolutely poor customer service. Pre-Booked a spot my car broke down and couldn’t change the booking and was billed twice!!! Asked for a refund and was told I needed to give notice…. Sorry I’d don’t know my car would break down!!! So unhelpful and will never pre book again.
Not a secure place to park your car. We left our car in this car park overnight on a Friday night and the next morning found that belongings had been stolen from our boot. Whilst the online booking process and finding our way through the car park was fine, I would not feel confident parking here again due to this disappointing experience.
Poor design of parking spots. No stopper on lots. Shattered my rear window because sensor can't pick up fence top only and parking poorly lid even in daytime. Those driving wagons, avoid!
Super easy to get in and out of, and great customer service. After driving past 383 Kent Street to find the carpark closed despite having a booking, I drove in to Citipark and used the intercom to ask if I may park here instead. To my surprise, I got a straight answer - yes, just use the intercom on the way out. Sure enough, I used the intercom on the pay machine, explained that I was let in earlier on, and after taking some details presumably to confirm my booking on the system I was issued with a ticket to let me exit with no further fees or stuffing around. Too easy! I do think the pedestrian walkway on Level 1 to Sussex Street needs improved signage though, and perhaps some external indicators on the lifts wouldn't hurt - otherwise the carpark was in good condition with no issues to report.
Great location in city but but! such a bad design. I found the one spot then parked, suddenly my car bumped something. There is a gap at the back of slot and my reverse camera couldn’t get this upper gap. The park should placed the stopper in such a poor design!! I damaged the car...such a bad day Be careful everybody.
This car park is very conveniently located near QVB and Sydney Westfield, and the prepay/prebooking ability on the Wilson website means you know how much you are going to pay ahead of time. However Wilson allows for overbooking parking spots as I discovered earlier in the week when I had a meeting in the CBD, yet had to drive up and down the car park for 20 minutes desperately looking for a spot along with a long entourage of others also looking for a park. Fortunately I spotted someone leaving just in the nick of time to make my meeting. So avoid this car park if you need a guaranteed parking spot in a hurry.
Our fave carpark. Handy for Sydney CBD and right next to Anzac bridge easy in and out city access. Perfect for Darling Harbour, China Town, QVB, Cocke Bay and Barangaroo. For a day out idea we parked here and did a loop walk starting at QVB, Botanical Gardens, Circular Quay, Barangaroo, Cockle Bay and Darling Harbour.
