Short distance from Circular Quay A bit busy with a lot of parking cars in general but this car park is clean, bright, and well maintained although it is a bit old. Recommended
I prepaid and booked a parking spot online the day before an event close by On arrival today there were no spaces available and I was advised to try another Wilson's parking station somewhere else. It wwas torrential rain No sympathy, no solution.i I wll never bother ever again.
Do not prepaid for parking as there are limited spots. I couldnt get in via the app instructions which was to place the credit card that I had prepaid on. The game wouldn't open, called intercom many times and it was busy. Resulted to getting a ticket because there were many cars waiting behind. Couldn't find parking so ended up finding parking on the street. It was a pretty bad experience.

Always cheap amd best place to park around rocks/circular quay. Only disappointment is they've added so many reserved places you have to keep driving down into stomach of the earth... lol level 9 onwards
I reserved two car spots for $10 a week prior to parking here. There’s no ticket booth or anything. Extremely confusing what to do, how to enter and how to exit. Had to go down 10 floors to eventually get a spot. Anyway upon exit, we got charged $18 each car. Ended up being double charged for both cars. Tried calling and emailing to get our money back, absolutely no response. Will not be parking here again. These guys are criminal.
Great location and pretty easy access. Nice and clean car park. There are 8 basement levels of parking. Public parking starts from basement level 5 down, as the higher up spots are mostly reserved for regular parkers. Also there to be a mirror on each level heading back up, it is difficult to see traffic coming from the right side.
Great Car park to book online with was so easy!
A regular cost for us. Half the price of the Clocktower car park just up the road. Easy access to the city. Clean car park.
Soon after paying for my parking this week, at the Ticket Machine, located at the street entrance, I got three fraudulent transactions on my credit card of over $4000. I haven’t used that credit card in months, and only used it at those machines, so I know their Ticket Machines are compromised somehow. I will not park there again.
