Worst experience! Went with a friend she had a pedicure while I got a manicure! Firstly the technician doing the pedicure had something against my friend and was very rude when she asked to get some of dead skin the technician had left on her feet she started rubbing harder and harder till her foot bleed, so my technician ended up taking over!! My technician was very friendly  but turned out the polish they have lasted literally one day till it chipped.
I went back to ask about it and they said there was nothing they can do! 
Pfft great customer service! 
The polish I put on at home lasts at least 2 weeks before chipping but I thought I would treat myself this time! Anyway obviously won’t be returning but thought I’d make others aware before making the same mistake.

Had the Luxe package today, highly recommend this package. Relaxing massage, facial, pedicure & manicure. Friendly service & very helpful staff. The massage chair while having my pedicure added to the relaxation of the experience. Left feeling very pampered .

I was very pleased with my experience at the renaissance day spa northland, until I had got my eyelash extensions refilled. 
I get eyelash extensions all the time I have experienced all different salons over the years.
I got my eyelashes refilled at this particular salon for the first time less than a week ago and majority of the ones they put in have fallen out, they were falling out every single day and I was taking care of them very well. 
Most of the time my eyelash extensions last a month or even longer from other salons I went back informing the person at the front desk that it has been less than a week and so many had fallen out, they said they would fix it up.
I get into the room and the woman says they are fine and full we will charge you for these refills as it has been a week and this is normal, it's not normal! I get lash extensions all the time and this has never happened. It hasn't been a week and I know how eyelash extensions are as I have had them done for so long and I am aware that they should not be falling out in less than a week and so many as well.
Now it looks like I barely have extensions and I am extremely disappointed and won't be going there again.
