So I’ve constantly had horrible experiences here, the only reason I return is if I’m desperate as it’s located conveniently next to my house. But after my last experience i was reminded that it’s definitely not worth the pain. It’s the only nail salon that either cuts my cuticles too much, causing them to bleed or filing down way too much that again, causes them to bleed and so painful! My last encounter, she once again, cut my cuticles too short, causing them to bleed and my nails were so uneven and chunky. I would’ve asked them to fix it, however I wanted to desperately get out at this point as it had been longer than an hour and a half and I was I was in too much pain. Terrible experience, I would not recommend to anyone, unless they start training their ladies properly.

1st and last visit, my pedicure was quick and done well, but I don’t know what was going on with the woman giving me a manicure. I actually can’t stop laughing, she used the drill to remove the skin around my nails and the oil they rub in at the end after the SNS manicure was rubbed into my knuckles instead of around my nails. I also have lopsided nails that are a lot shorter than I asked for because she kept filing them in the hopes of fixing her errors. I did ask why they looked odd multiple times, but she kept trying to convince me it was fine, the service was friendly, but it’s an expensive lesson learnt. 1 star for the pedicure and the 2nd for the laughs I got from a clueless manicurist. Hahaha I really do want them to succeed, but they need to sort out which workers are trained for what

I've got to say I've been here a few times. 70% of the time it was crappy. The last time I went which was a week ago with my best friend. I got acrylics. The lady who was doing my nails was rushing really fast and making so many mistakes... she cut me consistently with the drill until I even jumped. my cuticles started bleeding and expressed my pain multiple times and she didn't even look at me. She had very poor communication skills and used the wrong colour. Twice....

Very painful experience! I was 5 minutes into my SNS and the lady cut the underside of my thumb with the nail clippers along with my nail! As a result I jumped and proceeded to bleed on her gloves, the nail clippers file, and table and drawers which were not cleaned after! Time to file came around and she very roughly filed the cut and reopened the wound resulting in more blood. I was then cut by the drill multiple times on other fingers and pulled back but there was a real lack of care and perhaps focus. After the nails were done I asked for a discount for the pain and nothing was given. Very poor and unprofessional experience, though my nails do look quite nice but probably won’t be returning.
