Absolutely love every appointment I have with Sahar. I always look forward to my laser and facial, she has the kindest soul, always makes you feel comfortable and is super friendly. 12/10 recommend!!

Not satisfied with the costumer service. I felt pressured to buy a products that I never requested and after saying twice that I didn't need them I was still told that I needed them after the post laser treatment. Said yes to one not happy just so I can leave the shop. Came back after 15 mins and I was told that they didn't get my card to pay. Which is very poor customer service. I had botox almost 3 weeks ago, lady was beautiful and friendly but im disappointed in the results. I have had better results else where and at a better price! I have had laser hair removal, LED therapy and meso needling in which all have exceeded my goals and expectations. It's a shame I can't put no stars for this clinic. I do my laser and the laser is good however, I have pre paid  for my laser sessions and due to having covid I was not able to attend the appointment therefor they have taken my sessions away without notice nor did anyone tell me that this was a policy before pre paying for all my sessions. I have provided evidence of the rapid test showing I was positive however the manager HELEN informed me one of them is not positive therefor will still loose my session. It is an unethical practice they are running. Taking advantage of people when they are sick and taking their money without letting them know!!!! ABSOULATELY DISGUSTED, WILL NOT BE RETURNING ONCE MY SESSIONS ARE FINISHED.

I had the best experience with Therapist Sahar. She helped me improving my skin texture, double tone skin and freckles and also enhanced my skin appearance by relieving skin conditions with micro needling and microdermabrasion and giving me the best products that helped to achieve these results. I’m very keen on these amazing products.  I would highly recommend therapist Sahar for all the skin related issues, she will definitely help you with her best treatment for enhancing your beauty and make you feel fresh and confident.
