I have been to hairhouse warehouse northland many times and I always hated going there because of how rude the staff was and how they put themselves before customers so I stopped buying from them. Then everything changed when I met the manager Adrian. I hope you see this review because I am so happy with your exceptional customer service and how you welcome your customers with a smile. His product knowledge is excellent and he knows what works best for each hair type. But most of all he knows how to treat his customers unlike the other staff members there that could learn from him. I will defiantly keep coming back. Keep up the great work Adrian! 😀

Terrible, staff unwilling to help and act like your interrupting their day when you go into purchase a small item such as hairspray. Suggest going to priceline or somewhere similar instead.

Recently had my hair-cut at Hairhouse Warehouse in Northland, Very pleased with the end result and would not hesitate and come back again. Simone was wonderful, she really understood what I wanted and had a very professional nature towards her work, very easy to engage in conversation. Best place in Northland to get your hair-cut. Thanks Simone!
