I have had a few terrible experiences where way too much of my hair has been cut off so I’m always nervous when going to a hairdresser.  I received a cut, blow dry and style by Steph this morning. The cut is great which it should be for the price but instead of balayage i left looking like i had black regrowth on blonde hair. Looked ok in the lighting in the salon... not so good in the light of day. Then the toner only lasted one wash... Had great Biba experiences years ago but seems the quality has gone down while the prices have gone up.Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Only went in for a cut and blow-wave and I was happy with the results. Not sure if it is appropriate for the stylist to tell a client though that their hair is "ratty" when usually you come in with unwashed hair anyway to make it easier.

I've come in a couple times and Anastasia is absolutely sweet and amazing. She's never failed to make my hair color look great and I've already booked another appointment with her and I literally cannot wait! Leah is also amazing and sweet! She does a really great job at cutting hair and has made my hair look so much nicer after cutting it.  Would def recommend them. Thank you ladies

Finally figured out how to jump on here to share my experience! On Friday I went and got my hair done after a long day at work. I am so pleased with the colour and cannot thank Anastasia enough! I feel like a whole new person with a fresh, brighter hair do all ready for the festive season and warm weather! I had countless offers for a drink and even a bite to eat. The staff are very caring and attentive, I honestly couldn't have asked for any better service! Thank you to the lady, who I'm so sorry I've forgotten the name of for cutting my hair also. You ladies do an awesome job and are full of positive vibes! Hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy and safe New year, will be back soon for a touch up :D

I just got my hair braided. it literally took less than 10 min and the cost was $45.which equals up for 270 bucks per hour. It is the most expensive place I have ever been and my hair looks a bit fuzzy after 3 hours. staff was nice and kind but not really happy with what I got for what I paid.
