It was the worst experience and pedicure ever. The staff was very rough and did a horrible job! Cut the nails roughly to very odd shapes and didn't bother to file and shape them. She ruined them! What made it worse was her disgusting attitude. Argued with me that she did file them and kept chatting with her colleague in Vietnamese the whole time, which was just rude. She asked someone else to finish the job for me as if I was being too difficult. The owner was nice to me about it but I will never go back. They get bad reviews from everyone here for a reason.

*** THIS IS A REVIEW FOR PROFESSIONAIL EASTLAND *** I thought I would try this nail salon for the first time and I was not disappointed. I was served by Khan (the manager) and I couldn't have been happier with the service/chat I received. I got refills with gel polish and can't fault it! They have an abundance of nail colour choices; it was like I was in nail polish heaven! They also follow strict hygienic rules with their tools. If you're looking for a new nail salon to try, give this one a go (with Khan, the humourous and entertaining male nail tech). Highly recommend! 10/10 :)

(Northland Store) WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I’ve never been in so much pain while getting my nails done. The lady made ALL my nails bleed and was rushing the whole time which in result made my nails look completely disgusting. One nail is one shape the other one is a different shape. They just look disgusting. I’m not happy at all. And not to mention I had to wait 2 hours to get my nails done and then the lady kept switching from me to another customer which is very unprofessional. Never going back again. To anyone who is thinking of going, I strongly advise you not to go and waste your time or money.

This place is horrible. I have been waiting for over an hour to have my acrylics re-filled while the staff manage to pack more clients into the store without dealing with the people who are currently waiting for service. Very poor customer service, rough technicians,the nails don't even last the 4 weeks that they claim they will. Do not come here

I normally like this place but today saw the most blatant example of discrimination against a larger lady. Initially they refused to color her toenails 'because she wasn't wearing thongs' and then when they did finally agree to go ahead with it, they made her sit and wait at the end for over 30 mins 'so it would dry properly'. Not a place I want to be going back to.
