This is the best salon I've ever found. I've been coming here for years.  Chilli is a master at cutting my hair. She always does a great style that grows out nicely too. Highly recommend

Few months ago I went for Keratin treatment. I had checked reviews before going there. The girl who was handling my hair, first said my hair would need more product with extra cost. I was happy and agreed. I realised she was barely using product on my hair. As it was my first time so I did not interrupt. She also kept looking at new customers and bedtime walking in and out, even around and outside the shop, really annoying. She said it’s going to last for at least 4-6 months on my hair. Unfortunately, I realised after 2nd wash it disappeared, and I was back to my original hair texture. I went to other salon, showed them my hair and they advised that there wasnt enough product used as my hair required required and also wasn't done professionally. I was so disappointed and do not recommend if you are going for expensive treatments. Better try other keratin experts spending even more if it’s worth. Pls don’t reply saying you don’t have me in records .Service:&nbsp;Keratin treatments

My hair had to be redone a week later as it didn't take but when I rang Adriana that I wasn't happy with colour she was a true professional and booked me back in and corrected colour.It turned out great.Thanku Adrianna x Cherie

Had such an amazing experience with Lux hair! There was a mix up with my appointment and they offered me a complimentary service. They still treated me like a paying customer and gave me the best service! Absolutely loved my hair, and they put so much care into it had the best head massage of my life and the result was absolutely stunning!!! Staff are so lovely, will 100% be going back. I came in for a hair cut after I had a tiny meltdown yesterday and cut the length off of my hair. Shruti was amazing, she corrected my hair cut and made me feel so pretty. I had a blowave and my hair styled by Tatiana who was an absolute professional and lovely woman to talk too. All the staff were great and attentive. My hair looked absolutely gorgeous.
