I've been coming to Lattouf for more than 2 years now and have always been having great experience during the process and end result. My hairdresser Cellina is always so professional and friendly, always gives good recommendations. Highly recommend. Not the cheapest salon but you get what you pay for.
Decided to try this hair salon and was excited about it. I had good vibes walking into it and the staff members were so nice. I told the hairdresser how I wanted my hair with a base colour and foils and then we agreed on a colour. Then the hairdressers started to foil my hair and put a base colour Unfortunately after some time she noticed she couldn't get my hair down to the colour I wanted so she made her own colour to attempt to have my hair an even colour but after a few hours it did not work. Once I had my hair dried I noticed bits of hair falling out I pointed this out to the hairdresser and she pretended like there wasn't really much falling out at all when clearly there was hair falling out in front of my face, then I noticed my hair colour was still very uneven toned and noticed the foils that were previously done weren't done at the root so it looks like I had regrowth. When the hairdresser asked me if I like my hair I said no. I still paid the massive bill of $480 for just a full head of foils and a base colour on short hair. 1 star because there is no 0. Had Selina do my hair today and it was the worst experience I’ve had at a hairdresser in a long time. Normally I get my hair done at hairhouse warehouse but thought I would try a salon, but definitely won’t come here again. I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted. A deeper brown with face framing highlights that is very natural, I wanted to enhance my curls with layers and not blow wave to keep the natural curls intact. She dyed my hair darker near black, with platinum blonde foils at the front. When I asked if this was the final colour she said yes, I told her I wasn’t happy so she brought out a colour book for me to pick a colour, again stating I don’t know what colour overall wanting it to look natural and showing her the image again. She decided to tone the blonde but did it in such a chunky way that all the colour was just underneath and it wasn’t blended in the slightest. During this she had the audacity to to ask me to buy shampoo and conditioner. When I voiced my concerns she began telling me this is what I had asked for and that I should be happy. She then called the other stylist over to fix the colour 3rd time now the stylist suggest how to fix it for her. Before the final wash I clarified that she wouldn’t blow wave my hair and could use the curly girl method to enhance my natural waves and curls, she said yes. After the final colour she asked to blow wave the front to make sure I was happy with it and after I repeat agin no blow wave she said yes natural and curly. She did not use the curly Girl method, she just diffused my hair, no leave in conditioner, no twirling my curls. She then asks if it’s dry enough and to touch it to feel the cut which I declined. I walked out as a frizz ball to which my hair immediately went into a bun. I was getting a cut and wanted layers but keep the length and only cut the dead ends. She cut my hair and then showed me the hair she had just cut in her hand and asked if it was the right amount. I have never experienced this. $280 for the worst and weirdest hair dressing experience of my life.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
I took a photo of what I wanted and Cellina and I further discussed the style before starting. I had the keratin treatment which is AMAZING. Cellina did a top job, always coming back to check the picture . I was super happy. It made me think how much we expect of hairdressers . Hairdressing is a creative profession, they are not cosmetic surgeons lol however they do do their very best to achieve what we ask for . Everyones hair is different and sometimes science being science, hair just responds differently to a colour. Communication is the key and I feel I got exactly the style and service I wanted. Lattouf is a beautiful salon. Beautifully decorated, quality products and knowledgeable staff. I had the most relaxing head massage also. I am super fussy about every single hair that is cut on my head, and in my opinion Cellina did a first class job. I am 100% happy.Services: Keratin treatments
I have been to so many salons but wow I will definitely be coming back to this one! The staff is extremely professional and so kind. They ensured that I was comfortable and happy throughout my whole treatment. Saadet was very lovely and did an amazing job on my colour and cut. I highly recommend! I will definitely be recommending Lattouf Greensborough to everyone. Thank you Saadet and staff for your amazing job and warmth!!!!!
The girls at Lattouf did an AMAZING job fixing my hair! I had previously gone to another hairdresser who had given me sooo many tones of yellow in my hair and missed patches, leaving parts looking orange and unblended, and overall did a bad hair dye job. Photos attached I came in thinking I would need to make an appointment to fix it later but luckily they were free to fix my hair there and then! The hairdresser used a toner on top of the blonde to make it less yellowy and died my roots back to brown and did a beautiful balayage, making my hair look natural and blended, and for a very good price! I honestly cannot thank them enough, the staff are all so nice, highly highly recommend!
Very happy with my new blonde highlights and cut that I had done today. Love the colour and the girls there are so friendly. Like a lot of people, although I loved my first cut and colour I was a bit thrown by how much my hair cost me. I loved it it was amazing but I couldn’t get over the cost. So next time when my colour had faded I went to another hairdresser with photos of what I had done and asked them to do the same. I quickly learned why Lattouf are so expensive - all hairdressers are not created equal and you get what you pay for. I will never go anywhere else again. Went back to Latouff again and love my new colour even more than the first time. They are amazing and worth every cent. Would give 10 stars if I could.
