Absolutely terrible experience. I went in to purchase a Dermalogica moisturiser and I felt like I knew more about the products than the staff member. I asked her if the moisturiser I had selected was appropriate for my skin concern and she proceeded to read me the product info on the box and said it might help. She was unsure about the whole Dermalogica range stating that she hadn't tried much of it. When I asked for a sample of a product I was interested in, she refused to give me one and said I had to just buy it or try a $145 facial serum on my hand from the tester. Overall experience was underwhelming, with unknowledgeable and un accomdating staff. Endota Eltham is so much better !!

Best massage I’ve had! All staff friendly and caring! Tara has magic hands, she was fantastic. Was worth the money! I’ll be going back there soon!

I  went in to book a appointment, tried asking what facial treatment  was best.
Instead of getting  help she put me a side and serve someone  else. 
I  keep asking  for help to be put a side another  two time.
If I  was being  difficult i could understand. .
