i have had facials and pedicures here - very expensive - would not mind if i felt i was getting excellent treatment - i came away thinking i will NEVER go back there - very outdated and old premises too

Very poor service. I went for a massage and towards the end, the therapist left the room to get a hot towel. It was obvious when she came back into the room that she had gone for a bite to eat as all I could smell when she returned was peanut butter and I could still hear her munching the remains! So unprofessional and hardly relaxing. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else.

Disgusting service - I arrived 5 minutes late for a 3/4 arm wax with my two young toddlers and the therapist Fabiana said she would only wax half an arm! I walked out as I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Didn't bundle my children into the car for half a treatment! No understanding or compassion from this therapist. Disappointing, upsetting and definitely won't be going back here.

I've always had fantastic service.  The only issue I have is they only have one therapist on at a time.  So many more appointments could be made if there was more than one person working.

TOTAL RIP OFF .....For those who are planning on having a lovely day at the spa do yourself a favour and avoid going to full life day spa in mill park . Booked 70min treatment was given 58mins worth, this is second incident that has happened, not a professional place at all. Was given no compensation..Last year i booked a treatment only to find when l got out of the vichy spa the therapist forgot to warm up my towels not a nice feeling having cold towels when you get out of a hot tub, there was also electrical wires hanging from the ceiling which is very unattractive too look at when your having massage and then l was expected to put body moisturiser on my own back instead of the lazy therapist...PATHETIC !
