We have a team of dedicated and friendly staff and doctors(Male and Female) who will be pleased to assist you with your healthcare needs. Our purpose built facilities enable our staff and doctors to provide you with quality care in modern and comfortable surroundings.

We are also well served by an in-house pathology collection point & RMI Radiology next door and offer Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC).

You're better off treating yourself than booking an appointment here. Rude receptionists, unprofessional and ignorant doctors. Waited over an hour for the doctor to look at my fresh wound and stitches, only to have him carelessly rip off the bandage and do more damage. Stay away.

Extremely Poor customer service .Receptionist named Sarah .doesnt talk to people with a straight face. Writing after dealing with her for the third time. Plus you book an appointment but be ready to always be 20-30 min late

Ridiculous experince !!!
I was given an appointment for 9:50 am
But attended by doctor not before 11 am.
 Like seriously could you respect people time.

Rated highly among locals, Lalor Family Practice provides an efficient and friendly service. 

The doctors are exceptionally skilled and the administrative staff are attentive.
