Wow I’m so glad to have come across these reviews confirming everything I felt even thought I was left to question myself after arguing with the same receptionist Antoinette. I’m 5 months pregnant . And I’ve been coming to this clinic since I was born along with my mother and a lot of other people I know . The doctors are amazing . But the receptionist seem to think anyone who is distressed or frustrated with their service is in the wrong and couldn’t possibly have a valid reason . I have tried being honest with them trust me ! They do not care . I got a phone call from the manager Tina stating i am the one that is rude and if im not happy with the service they are happy to transfer all my information to another clinic . I was so confused I thought the issue was over when the receptionist made my appt with the doctor but 2 days later she had gone to her boss obviously saying I was rude and even managed to say other receptionist thought the same . Even though I was the one complaining about them being rude in the first place . Some how they managed to turn it all on me . I called my mother as she was with me when I was speaking to Antoinette I was that distressed I was crying a felt I had no choice but to leave that clinic . So I rang up and said just change transfer me to another clinic She then said that’s not what she said but I don’t know how else to take that comment . But I wouldn’t ever feel confertable there again . I’ve seen patients crying in distress as they were forgotten about . There has been many times they have received complaints they take everything as a personal attack and they will not understand ur frustration . They rang me to pretty much tell me to get stuffed politely and argued with me and she also Initiated the argument by telling me to relax because she didn’t like my tone if she didn’t address me that way they would’ve never been an issue I just would’ve been frustrated that’s all but she decided to address me which caused the argument . Because prior to that phone call I rang 10 times couldn’t get through so I rang of my mums phone and that’s when I said I’ve been trying to get through all day . and that’s not the first time either . They have no empathy . I went home crying almost cancelled my daughters party because I was in the middle of Kmart when the manager rang . I’m so disappointed but grateful I’m not the only one who has experienced this . I felt so horrible after that. It was so unprofessional on there end . And after all that I don’t think they took anything out of the situation but that I was rude. Trying to use anything against me they could . not the fact that they might actually be causing some the tension . . It’s a shame because if they did really care about there patients the receptionists they would apreciate knowing where they were going wrong . Hopefully I will find doctors else where while pregnant that will be just as good . It’s just sad how bad things are . It used to be different. hopefully I can take this further because i don’t think it’s fair that they had no regards for my well being for why I was upset but it’s ok for them to be upset and call me to tell me to go somewhere else . The manager didn’t even ask me what happened she did not care it was like she was defending her friend because she didn’t like that I stood up for myself to Antoinette .I am so disgusted and to pretty much say I am the rude one and have been rude everytime . What’s the point of going back there I wouldn’t ever feel the same now .
Had an appoinment at 10.30, now 12pm and still havent been seen. People that arrived well after me have been seen. Seems to be a reoccuring thing with this clinic. Possibly time for a change after being a patient of the clinic for over 20 years
Always find the staff willing to go above and beyond, doctors are great never had an issue the Centre in general is a great practice thanks for making me smile girls when I’m not at my best…
I’ve been a patient of this clinic for about 18 years. Despite the long wait time I am extremely happy with all the doctors . Wouldn’t go to any other clinic however I’ve been fed up with Antoinette’s receptionist rude manner . She is rude and unfriendly. Speaks to people in a disrespectful way. I’ve come across with this manner every time I visited the clinic and I’ve remained calm. Putting this review here made me think that the management might do something about it as it’s been said in other reviews as well .
Been going to this Clinic for almost 2 Years. All Doctors that I have seen are very professional and Caring. I started to lose faith in Doctors before attending this Clinic. These Doctors have given me renewed confidence. And I am very happy to have found this Clinic. Waiting times are just like any Clinic. Sometimes you get in quick and sometimes a little bit of a wait. Never had a problem with receptionist. They also have a great Osteo Service. Which I've also used and highly recommend. Very happy with this Clinic. Sad to hear Dr Gina Eddy has Moved on.
Dr HUSSIE ZAINI is an intelligent doctor , I have been going there for more than 9 years and never had any issues.
All doctors here are quite good except for Gina. However the receiptionists in the this centre are the rudest. I had a girl at the receiption lied to me about the availablity of the doctor but the doctor just happend to came out and say hello to me. She was embarassed and let me sit down to wait. There is a lady called Antoinetter or Antonwet at the reception was even ruder. I have my injections sent from the specialist to the GP so I rang them to check it has arrived. She did not even get my name and the specialist name before she pretend to have a check. Then she returned to me and said they found nothing in their fridge. I then asked them how could she check if the injections have arrived or not if she did not even get my name? She was so embarrased and got angry. She threat to hang up the phone. I then said please get my name and the sender's name first and check again. She was so reluctant to do it again but this time she said she found injections had actually arrived and stored in their fridge. That is so rediculous. I can't help thinking how there unprofessional ladies were hired to receive the calls from patients and got angry with the patients because she made mistakes. Aweful and annoying.
The place is always behind on appointments, not by 10-15 minutes we are talking about hours, close to a 2 hour wait for an appointment not a walk in. It's outrageous they make old people wait and suffer in uncomfortable chair, if they know appointments run long make less appointments for that doctor, its crazy how they haven't figured it out !!!!!!!!
Dr. Pinto is the best doctor I have ever come across. He goes out of his way to help and support us. A person who has so much passion for his work and so much patience, is well worth the weight in gold. I sincerely wish him all the very best and may he continue his fantastic work.
Very disappointed with the service here. Cut me off saying the won’t accept new patients and didn’t care or offer help on where I could go when I’m in lots of pain.
