I've been here a few times now and never had a bad experience. Normally get a 20min Neck and Shoulder massage and always come away feeling better for it. They ask how the pressure is for you and can accommodate to meet your needs. Plus I love that I don't need to make an appointment.

Amazing massage and great overall experience today at Max. Annie was absolutely lovely. She made me feel comfortable and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Worst massage ever!! They left me struggling to walk, when i said I was in pain advised a "heat pack". I am in so much pain i struggle to sleep and move,i have sharp pains down my lower back,went to see the manager and he laughed at me and made out that I was making it up! Now i am under medical care through my doctor and getting Physio, please stay clear it is a gamble on who you get and they can do more HARM than good! BEWARE!!!
