Was definitely not impressed with my last visit. I was a walkin appointment for refills of acrylic nails which i was first told that they are closing and there is not enough time to do me ( it was 3pm) the therapist then realised the time appoligised and said come back in 30mins. I returned to the salon 26mins later to be sat down in the corner desk (which was filthy) sat there for approx 20mins to then be told i can't be done as im doing acrylic not sns and to come back tomorrow. I explained what service I needed prior to sitting down.  (two times to be exact when i 1st walked in and then the 2nd time when i retunred wuthon 30mins. You really need to show and teach your "therapists" what propper customer service is. And if you want your buisness to have returning customers dont tell them to come back tomorrow... because they wont! I know i wont be!

I went there to get my eyebrows tattooed.......Big mistake. The technician who's name is Mary first drew them on with a pencil to show me the end result and I said they looked good and that she could go ahead and tattoo them. After looking in the mirror when she finished I just froze! The shape was different and most importantly the colour was so dark that I looked like angry birds. I took photos for back up evidence. When I spoke to her she kept saying things like I wanted the shape that way, etc. She told me that she had made them a bit shorter and when I told her if she remembered saying that she aid that I told her to make it that short. I went back so she could fix them and I told her I was not going to pay anything, she said OK that's fine. Anyway on round two they were extra darker and she took $50 because used the machine! So that made $500. The second time round they looked patchy and then started peeling off within 10 days.!!!!!! Not to mention she shaved half my eyebrows without asking me, as I was lying down I could not see. When I called the receptionist there who's name is Steve he raised his voice at me. Long story short, if you want nice looking brows and a friendly service, please avoid.

Just had a facial done by Natalie. 

I have to say it was fantastic! 

She was very professional and attentive.

Worst eyelash extensions I've ever had. I had 2 different people applying lashes. Instead of applying 1 lash to 1 eyelash they just clagged them together. Was booked in for a 1hr appointment and it took 2hrs and 20 mins. The technicians glued my eyelashes together and they looked clumped and disgusting. My eyes were irritated for a week and I went to see a different technician who basically said they stuffed it up terribly. I had to get them removed professionally. Dismal customer service too as I complained to the male manager and he didn't do anything to rectify the situation. Would never go back there again. Stay away!
