Best hotel stay I've had in a long time. The hospitality from management, including Scott Grant and Kathy Lim, was exceptional. All the staff were kind and genuinely willing to help. I travel often for work, and the hotel room was the cleanest and most spacious I have experienced in quite some time. The bed was extremely comfortable, the breakfast was high quality, and the gym was easily the best hotel gym I have used anywhere in the world. New Technogym equipment, plenty of space, cable machines, and a great range of dumbbells. I genuinely cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

This hotel looks so beautiful and is located so close to the airport and the wharf. The reception staff were welcoming and the rooms have ample space and a luxury feel to it. Came to cairns for the first time with my best friend to celebrate my birthday. This hotel did not disappoint!nnFor me, I love food. My best friend has done culinary arts in NZ and we are serious food critics. I love it when we can customise something from the menu and so we ordered a paste linguine cream based dish with prawns. The first day they made it without hesitation but the second and third day it was a bit impossible to get them to make it again. Nonetheless they did make it and it was something I recommended to be in their menu!nnThe one person who truly welcomed us and made everything possible was Michael Manager at Coco Restaurant. He made birthday girl feel truly special with his exceptional customer service and gesture. He looked after us SO well! He ensured we got the pasta we loved at all times and I cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond! He is a true asset to this company and we are glad we met him! He is awesome in every way!nnAs for the restaurant, I really hope you consider cream based linguine as part of your menu as it is truly delicious and would cater for people who love cream based pasta!nnThe house keeping were great but there was a night where we had amenities not topped up and the call would never get through to them and would divert to reception. The receptionist Azeem was so kind enough to bring out all amenities to us himself!nnCould I also request the hotel to consider Chromecast or Smart TV/Netflix options. This is something all seasoned hotels should now consider going forward.nnGrateful for the laundry facilities and the amazing swimming pool - that was beautiful! Love a hotel with Laundry facilities!nnThank you to the people who went above and beyond. We are grateful you made our stay a pleasant one!

I only stayed one night here but it was perfect. Clean, spacious rooms and great amenities. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing to use. The hotel was super accommodating too and offered to let me use the hotel facilities after check-out since my flight was delayed. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Cairns.

Service and rooms are great. Comfortable bed. Quiet room 301. Spacious as advertised as an Accessible room with private balcony. The balcony is like a prison cell. Drab and enclosed on all sides. No breeze no view of anything. Keep the curtains drawn. $20 per night secure parking.

We absolutely loved our stay in a Deluxe Harbour View room with a balcony. Fabulous location.nThe room was beautifully appointed with everything we needed.nLoved having a coffee pod machinenThe staff were exceptional, very professional and accomodating across the board.nThis will definitely be our go to place for our next stay in Cairns.
