I had a very good experience, and I truly appreciate it. Above all, I think the staff's response was wonderful. They were flexible and quick to meet my needs, allowing me to have a very satisfying experience. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but they promptly arranged a room that was ready. The breakfast service was also very good. The facilities were clean, and I was able to spend my time comfortably.

My stay has been pleasant and very good. Even before we came to Australia, Pullman Concierge Jessie was so kind enough to guide us through our sim card delivery. Even during our stay she helped us get our 1 day car rental and found relevant travel info for us. It made our stay and lives easy. Our rooms were very clean throughout the stay and we got great service. Hotel is beautiful and very clean. Definitely a must and convenient place to stay in Cairns.

Don't let the lobby fool you, that's where they spent all their money!nnThe rooms are from the 70's, and their check in process probably still has the same process from back then as well. Takes for ever! And why? You have all of our details from the online booking...nnThe pool is over chlorinated. Burnt our boys eyes for a long time. The gym is nice atleast.nnAnd be prepared. If you book online and think you're getting a discounted price, you're not. That's just the normal charge for their outdated rooms level 11 and above.nnIf you ask for the exact same room on a lower renovated level, they hit you up for more money. They will also hit you up for parking at $20 a night.nnWe only stayed here based on a friend's recommendation. We won't be back. Plenty of nicer places, and closer to the esplanade.

Definitely a great value, nice clean hotel and nice amenities. Went on a 14 day trip to Australia from the US and this hotel definitely was worth it. Kid friendly as they had all kinds of exotic animals in lobby when we arrived for kids. Across the way is a casino. Has nespresso machine, nice fridge in room.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was an absolute pleasure to stay at this property. Each and every staff was extremely warm and welcoming. The hotel has got a very rustic 5 star charm to it, very well maintained. The view from the harbour facing rooms was highlight of the stay. Must visit, will return again
