Had a wonderful stay at Hilton Cairns. The staff were very friendly and helpful — especially Eena, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.nThe views were stunning, especially over the marina and water, and really added to the experience.nGreat location, great service.
The staff were amazing and the view on the marina is stunning. The breakfast was fantastic - Anne and Lyli were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are in desperate need of updating, especially for the price. The pool was wonderful! We booked direct and paid upfront but was disappointed to see afterwards the price was over $100 cheaper on booking.com. We approached the Hilton for a price match which wasn’t provided. We were offered parking though which was valued at $60. Would have preferred the price match. Overall we had a great holiday at the Hilton.
We recently dined at the Hilton in the bar area and it was a fantastic experience. The view was amazing, right on the waterfront and the food was great too. We ordered a lot of smaller style meals and they didn't disappoint. The Karaage Chicken was a favourite as were the pizzas.nnService was friendly and efficient; the staff checked in regularly without being intrusive. A couple staff made a lasting impression; Brylee was very helpful, bubbly and attentive to our party and Zak in the bar made excellent cocktails.nnOverall, the Hilton offers a wonderful dining experience, combining thoughtful service, great food and a welcoming atmosphere. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
Great stay at the Hilton Cairns. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Special thanks to Lucy at reception—she was friendly, professional, and made check-in quick and easy. Excellent service and a very pleasant experience overall.
We had a memorable stay. Whilst the building could do with a refresh, the service in all areas of the property was exceptional. There wasn’t one bad experience and everyone was always willing to help. The breakfast was lovely. The location was perfect for us because we went on several tours from the marina was it was really easy walk. Thank you Hilton Cairns, you were exceptional.
