This hotel is amazing! Our view from our private balcony is breathtaking. It's a perfect location. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again. I wish all hotels could be like this one.

Comfortable rooms in a good location. They should start offering breakfast at 6:00 instead of 6:30 because some tours leave early. The coffee is decidedly mediocre. For the cost of breakfast they could do better.

Rooms is reasonably size and clean. No toiletries provided. Have cookies for tea but only get refilled if the house keeper remember. Very good hot water system for bath. Internet is horribly slow. In this day and age, fast internet is essential for social, entertainment and work.

Very central and great breakfast. Plus if you don't have your room cleaned they give you 10 Australian dollars each day to spend on food or drink. Great idea.

Amazing buffet and the view from the function room was amazing. The only downside was the aboriginal and Australian flag were incredibly tatty with material pulled away. The renovations have really been great, but just the flags let the hotel down for me. The flags were directly outside the function room so edge glaringly obvious.
