I was so impressed with the simplicity and ease with this hotel! Firstly check-in, I arrived early. My plan was to drop my suitcase at reception and wait for my 2pm check in. Upon arriving at reception, they advised my room was ready ahead of schedule and I was free to check in early. If you stay in hotels, you know this doesn't always happen! Upon getting to our room, we found our room had a lovely view of the pool, an incredibly comfortable bed and all the amentities we could require, including a pool ring for our use at the pool! The hotel supplied wifi, which not only worked but was extremely fast. The food at the poolside restaurant was delicious. The beach style pool with toys supplied was great for my five year old. All the staff we met friendly and helpful. The in room service was quick and efficient. The coffee was excellent. The cocktails were even better. Not only was the operation of the hotel seamless, leaving us wanting for nothing, but the location was perfect too! Walking distance to the esplanade, the aquarium, the night markets and muddy's playground. We will definitely be back for our next stay in Cairns! A huge well done to the staff who made our stay feel so effectlessly comfortable.
We stayed for 9 nights at Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort and had an excellent experience. Our kids absolutely loved spending time in the swimming pool, which kept them entertained throughout the stay.nnThe staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. A special thanks to Angela Hotel Manager, who kindly upgraded us to a family room for half of our stay as soon as it became available. Lean was also very supportive and made our stay more comfortable.nnThe breakfast selection and variety were outstanding, offering plenty of options to suit everyone’s taste.nnOverall, this was an ideal hotel for a family stay, and we would highly recommend it to others visiting Cairns.
I have stayed at The Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort twice. Check in was a breeze, as the staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. The beds were luxurious, like sleeping on a cloud. The first night I had a room with a balcony that overlooked the pool area. The pool has a sandy beach at one end. It also has a swim up bar. The staff make great cocktails. I particularly enjoyed the “Moku Time “. It is a beautiful mango slushy. I had two meals there, Pina Colada oysters, followed by Fijian cerviche, and a Fijian Chow Mein with pulled pork both were excellent. I didn’t have breakfast there, but the buffet looked amazing. Checking out was quick. I will definitely stay there again.
We always feel welcomed at this resort by their friendly and professional staff. We love the pool area it’s the swim up bar and the inflatables to float around the water on. The rooms are quiet and are up to date and clean, providing a great size bed and large television to watch.
The location was perfect. Staff was friendly and respectful. Rooms was clean and tidy. Breakfast was awesome. My kids enjoyed the pool it felt like a beach in a pool which was super cool.nnAlthough the internet connection was slow otherwise we had an awesome time snd would go again for a visit.
