We recently enjoyed an amazing eight-day stay at Novotel Cairns. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and always on hand, making sure everything was taken care of with a smile.nnWe spent most of our time by the pool, which was an absolute hit with the kids! The pool area was the perfect spot to relax after exploring Cairns, and the tropical surroundings made it even more special.nnThe food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices that catered to all of our tastes. Each meal felt like a fresh experience, and we never felt limited in options during our stay.nnWhile we had a fantastic time, we did find the room a little on the small side for a family of four. It worked fine for us overall, but a bit more space would have made things even more comfortable. Additionally, the room cleaning could have been more thorough. There were a few occasions where table tops were missed, and sand from the pool and beach wasn’t always vacuumed up, which we noticed after a few days. While these weren’t major issues, a bit more attention to detail in the cleaning would have made our stay even better.nnDespite these small things, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Novotel Cairns and can’t wait to return. The overall experience was wonderful, and the staff’s warmth and hospitality really stood out. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We just got back from Cairns and enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and the pool bar was a bonus. The food was great and i would stay there again.nThe only feedback I have was the plug sockets next to the beds were hard to get to with them being under neath the bedheads and had to pull out the side tables to get to them.

The bar staff were friendly and attentive, making it a perfect spot to unwind with a refreshing drink.nnThe rooms were another standout feature. They were recently renovated, and the modern design, coupled with the comfort of the new furnishings, made for a very pleasant stay. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out, ensuring I had everything I needed.nnOverall, my time at the Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort was fantastic. Whether you're looking to relax by the pool or enjoy the comfort of beautifully updated rooms, this resort is a great choice. I can't wait to return!

Great place to stay.  Staff are all wonderful and friendly.  Food is very good from Breaky to Dinner with plenty of options.  The pool is the centrepiece of the resort which is brilliant.  Well located just a short walk to anywhere in town.  Rooms are clean and comfortable.nnSpecial mentions have to go out to Marisa on the front desk who always provided exceptional customer service and Ya who not only made the best coffees but always went above and beyond with his customer service as well.

Mixed reviews about this place. The staff were very lovely, but it's not worth the price. The rooms were tiny with no kitchen in the standard ones, and there was barely any room to move around. The balcony wasn't worth it either, as your neighbors could see right in. The pool was nice, but since it's open to the public, it doesn't feel exclusive despite paying for it. The room cleaning was poorly done. I wouldn't consider it a 4 or 5-star hotel. The location is convenient, with a 10-minute walk to everything you need and a 15-minute drive to the airport. Honestly, I would opt for a cheaper hotel and just visit for the pool and bar. The food was great, though.
