Beautiful hotel in perfect location. All staff we interacted with were always smiling, very helpful & friendly. Xander & Passion at the Pool Bar are very friendly and make the best cocktails. Nacho and the colourful lady at breakfast are the most cheerful people to meet in the morning. Breakfast buffet had so much variety and areas were clean. Staff were very attentive to top up before it was empty. Nanu on reception was so lovely on check-in and during our stay. Jed was very happy, friendly, helpful and quick at check out. The daily activities for kids was a bonus. My kids loved participating. In fact my kids didn't want to leave the hotel or pool any of the days to go out. My room was extremely clean on arrival and during our stay. Smiling and friendly housekeeping team too. The best Novotel I have stayed for a family stay.
one of the best resorts i have stayed in, with some of the best, kindest staff. i had to have a meal remade because it was made incorrectly and the staff were instantly understanding and i was compensated with 2 free drinks. the staff overall are just very helpful and FRIENDLY. i have not had a similar experience in australia where everybody is so nice! this resort felt like a breath of fresh air, and i would stay here again!
What a great place! Great location, good rooms and a great pool to spend relaxing time with family. They let us check in early and then offered late check out. And bonus, a room upgrade to pool view, without even asking. A big shout to all the great staff. They were happy to store our luggage till our flight. Lovely people and service.Thw breakfast buffet is one of the best ones I have been to. The Moku Bar and Grill serves great food, don't miss the jackfruit nachos, we had them twice!
I was so impressed with the simplicity and ease with this hotel! Firstly check-in, I arrived early. My plan was to drop my suitcase at reception and wait for my 2pm check in. Upon arriving at reception, they advised my room was ready ahead of schedule and I was free to check in early. If you stay in hotels, you know this doesn't always happen! Upon getting to our room, we found our room had a lovely view of the pool, an incredibly comfortable bed and all the amentities we could require, including a pool ring for our use at the pool! The hotel supplied wifi, which not only worked but was extremely fast. The food at the poolside restaurant was delicious. The beach style pool with toys supplied was great for my five year old. All the staff we met friendly and helpful. The in room service was quick and efficient. The coffee was excellent. The cocktails were even better. Not only was the operation of the hotel seamless, leaving us wanting for nothing, but the location was perfect too! Walking distance to the esplanade, the aquarium, the night markets and muddy's playground. We will definitely be back for our next stay in Cairns! A huge well done to the staff who made our stay feel so effectlessly comfortable.
The location was perfect. Staff was friendly and respectful. Rooms was clean and tidy. Breakfast was awesome. My kids enjoyed the pool it felt like a beach in a pool which was super cool.nnAlthough the internet connection was slow otherwise we had an awesome time snd would go again for a visit.
