The hotel is conveniently located just two streets away from the main restaurants and cafés, making it easy to enjoy the local dining scene without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. This small distance actually works to its advantage, as the area around the hotel is much quieter and more peaceful, allowing for a restful night’s sleep after a busy day of exploring or working.nnThe staff are incredibly kind and attentive — they checked on me several times throughout my stay to make sure everything was perfect. They listened carefully to my requests and even surprised me with a warm cookie, which added such a personal and thoughtful touch. Their friendliness made me feel genuinely cared for and created a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived.nnThe room itself is cozy and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it ideal for either a romantic escape or a short business trip. Everything felt spotless and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were just what I needed to feel comfortable and relaxed.nnI also appreciated how smoothly the check-in process went and how the staff made me feel at home. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations, and I’ll definitely come back — it’s the kind of place that makes you feel comfortable, cared for, and completely at ease.
Incredible experience, we check in at the night Gigi and Bela welcomed us so friendly, bela is so kind, she detailedly introduced the hotel and its surrounding facilities, very amazing start of this trip! When we entered the room, we noticed a sock on the carpet. She promptly and professionally resolved the issue, we are very grateful to her. Gigi is so sweet, at midnight, I encountered an issue: my power adapter wasn't working, and all the hotel adapters had been borrowed by guests. Since my adapter would cover the power switch on the outlet, Gigi offered two solutions: I could leave my phone at the reception desk to charge, and she'd keep an eye on it, or she could go to my room to try finding a workable solution. Her keen observation immediately helped me locate a suitable plug. She's both smart and conscientious. She easily solve my problem, awesome! Just today, I suddenly realized my keychain and eye drops were missing. I tried asking the hotel staff did they found anything that I left behind. Eyerusalem patiently listened to my concerns and then helped me to check. She also asked other department to see if they had found any items I might have left behind. I am very grateful for her extremely patient assistance. Unforgettable experience with all Hilton double tree staff! For the room, the facilities is quite old, but nice bedding, the bathtub is quite dirty, some stains could be wiped off with toilet paper, it should be improved, as well as cleaning checking. Clean and tidy rooms are the basic requirements of a hotel. Nice cookies and chocolate.
Stayed here for our 9th wedding anniversary and instantly met with issues. I had paid for the room which was one of the best rooms on the top floor and then was asked for a security deposit which was fine. Tried all 3 machines at reception and 3 different cards to be told it was an ‘us’ issue and not them. I proceeded with offering a cash deposit which they took but said we wouldn’t be able to receive anything on the room - no food, no drinks, nothing.nnWe then proceed to our room with a bottle of complimentary wine that we don’t drink and order room service drink via the app and paid for on the spot which takes 45 min to get to us. Phoned twice to be told it was coming. In the meantime nothing in the mini bar to drink, no water, nothing.nnI then get a call to the room to say our security deposit had been deducted and they were returning my cash. By this time we were ready to leave from such a frustrating experience. I then thought to check my bank account and we’d been charged twice for the security deposit. Not a great stay and definitely won’t be back. Next time it’ll be Hilton Cairns where I wish I’d stayed. An anniversary I won’t forget.
What a fabulous night…Accomodation was fresh and clean…upgrade to Ocean…because the views are amazing! Those pillows…we want them for home!nThe pool area is a holiday dream!nThe Vine Room needs a round of applause…food and staff were 5 star!nEuryeselum, Kim & Bikash were most welcoming at front desk…Jovelyn at breakfast was lovely and made the best coffee! Best night had!
Whatever fragrance they dump into the air in the lobby is migraine inducing. Can't even prevent headaches by breathing through my mouth, it's so overpowering. Ruined my visit.nnIf you have a sensitive nose avoid this place like the plague.nnThe ravioli at the restaurant was incredibly delicious and the cocktails are fantastic. They've got a good bar team there that train and practice all day.
