We stayed in double tree for my husband’s birthday week and it was my best choice. Close to all amenities and entertainment. We spent 3 nights and it was the best. We can walk to all the sites and restaurants. All the front desk staffs are so friendly I could remember few names like Gigi,Max,Richelle,Manama, Nicole. They helped me with all my queries and felt so lovely throughout our stay..
We enjoyed our stay at Double Tree, room was comfortable and ready to go for our toddler and staff at buffet breakfast and reception were incredibly helpful. We love the text service - it made it so easy for us with our little one.
The only thing that let down our stay was the size of the bathroom. My husband and I couldn't both be in there at one time, it was extremely small. The bed was super comfy, the room was very clean and fresh. The view was great. We used the gym a couple of times. There wasn't always fresh towels and there was never any hand soap but the gym itself is great! The location is amazing. Overall we loved this hotel. We parked up and walked everywhere, even to the Pier Bar for our family event. The digital key is a bonus too.nThe cookies and chocolates on arrival was a great touch - and so delicious!
Absolutely incredible! The hotel offers a fantastic breakfast with a great selection. Its location on The Esplanade is very convenient. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the room we had was large and spacious with a decent bathroom. The entire hotel is new and modern, looking pleasant both inside and out compared to other hotels. Although the pool was under renovation, it wasn’t a concern since the Esplanade Lagoon was nearby. We had a memorable stay and highly recommend this hotel.
Welcome cookie on arrival. Renovations still going on. No pool on-site. Comfortable room on fourth floor overlooking the esplanade. Chipped cup in room needed replacement. With mobility issues having to manhandle our own luggage as no porters was a nuisance. Tea coffee making facilities in room were great and good selection of teas.
