Room has basic facilities. Overall is good. Some pp complain breakfast , I think the breakfast is excellent. $9.5 buffet breakfast such a bargain. Big break cook everything perfectly

Location is good. Beware of the showers. The water flow is adequate for a drinking fountain not a shower. Add to that, the temperature will arbitrarily cycle from scalding hot to warm on its own. Complained but no fix. Worse, no feedback or apology. Avoid at all cost if you have children.

Nice spacious room with a great view. Has a coin operated laundry room and free parking. Walking distance to the city centre and pier for Great Barrier Reef cruises.

Really happy with the location , just on the Esplanade in few minutes walk. Good service , wifi is poor , conti breakfast was nice .. would recommend the ocean view rooms
