No opening windows and AC sucked in the person's smoke from outside. Had to leave and slept in the car at 3am. No reply to complaint email. No soap or towels in room either

Good price and location, helpful staff and pool area looked good. Not enough parking space in resort we had to park on the street for our 3 night stay, this really annoyed me as I nervous of theft. Also people were walking through the complex as a shortcut, was woken up by a couple arguing (yelling, swearing, drinking) as they were taking a shortcut through the resort. I'm pretty sure the people above us were either prostituting or dealing drugs. Wouldn't stay here again,even if it was a good price.

Location not too bad. You can walk into cairns. Clean rooms though needs some work. The patio doors did not lock there was a chain. Staff helpful and friendly. Communal areas can be cleaner.

Not a very nice place at all management has very poor skills at being friendly and helpful I would not recommend anyone stay there

This is the worst place i have ever stayed .The room was shabby from the broken chair ,holes in curtains , air conditioner held together with electrical tape, patchy walls amd broken door lock .The photos show an oasis type of pool .please dont be fooled . If you are desperate stay here if not find something else. The wonderful smell of cigarette smoke wafts up from downstairs. Accommodation was not cheap when we booked at $279 on Dec 31st The staff member at the desk was friendly enough
