Cairns Queens Court is a privately owned and operated hotel, offering personalised service and catering for leisure or business travellers. It is well situated within Cairns city centre, close to the vibrant Cairns Esplanade, main business district and shops and restaurants. The hotel is ideally located as a base to explore Tropical North Queensland, the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest.

We stayed for 10 days. The hotel room was super clean, and the shower water pressure was excellent. The manager was very nice and friendly and took guest feedback seriously. The location is unbeatable—only a 3-minute drive Cairns city. When the weather is good, it’s within walking distance of Macca, KFC, the shopping mall, Cairns Aquarium, the night market, and the Esplanade. Overall, we had a very happy stay and a positive experience.
Arrived early for check in after a stressful morning.nNita and the team were amazing and very accommodating, absolute life savers!nnFacilities are great, showers and toilets separate from rooms, but clean and up to a great standard.nCommunal pool available.nnOverall a fantastic experience, thank you so much Nita for for making this stay as present as possible.
Luxuriously comfortable bed and solid walls made for an excellent night's sleep. Good water pressure in shower and plenty of amenities available. Check in was a breeze, and Nita upon check out was a delight to converse with! All the House Keeping staff I encountered were cheerful and said hello. Close to airport and CBD, over all, a great accommodation experience
Very tiny room. Mini mini fridge with no shelves so can barely hold anything see pic. Probably why they gave us this small milk for 6 days. Peeling paint in the shower see pic so each time you wash yourself, you end up with paint on your feet. Exhaust not working so make sure you do number 2 when your partner is not here. The management is aware so they ask you to close the door while showering so the alarm is not activated see photo. Smallest tv in the world see pic and remote shows Netflix and all but it's not true, there are only regular chanels. BBQ present but you have to pay $2 per 5mins forgot to take pic. Requested and paid for queen bed but they attached 2 single beds to each other really uncomfortable/inconvenient. If you lock yourself out after hours, they charge $100 even if someone is on the premises to open for you. Swimming pool is disgusting, million of whitish stuff floating in it that you don't see at first. It's at the bottom of the pool. Start walking/swimming and all comes up. Definitely don't put your head under water! I think I should stop there, you get it, very disappointed and do not recommend! The only positive thing is the staff been friendly.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!nDisgusting dirty rooms.nService is the worst evernThey do not have or provide what their site says they do.nKitchen girl was lovely.nThw rest of the staff and management are rude, agressive, unhelpful.nWe left after 1st night when we didnt gwt the room we had booked, thwy didnt provide Hot breakfast, no room service, no reataurant, no bbq packs, dirty ibside and out.nThe oversized balding redhead with glasses was threatening and agressive.nHe wouldnt tell us his position or name, our guess is night manager or caretaker.nCaretaker would make sense on presentation of himself andcthecruin the hotel is in.nDO NOT STAY here.nGo to the Harbourside hotwl on the Esplanade.nIm upset I had to give x1 star to be able to post this!
