Obviously a Chinese family has taken it over and don't have a clue on how to run a hotel... read the reviews... I didnt... silly me!!.. the receptionist was rude and abrasive and in helpful. The room smells of cigarettes meanwhile the whole hotel is meant to be non smoking. The front doors are broken and now you have to manually open them. The bed is hard as hell and the bath tub had mark's all over it and the toilet bowl is yellow. I think just sell it or stop robbing people of their money as the hotel is not worth the price and the staff were shocking!!!!

No parking when I checked in. Undercover parking in blocked off for some unknown reason. Norell the Desk check in Clerk was very welcoming and extremely friendly which made a huge difference in my stay. She would have to be one of best hotel receptionist I've ever come across. Very impressed. Room had a beautiful view of the ocean. Location close enough to walk to my destinations so that was a bonus. Some other staff members weren't very helpful when I wanted some soap for my room. But all in all it was a pleasant stay. I will definitely be coming back

Well the rooms are dated the service is very good. The $10 breakfast is quite amazing and well worth it's value. The showers are hot and a hot shower is very good. We found the room to be very clean and very good value for money

Dirty filthy place with just about everything broken. Footpaths gross rooms yuck bathroom just grotty mould in it. Toilet runs thru the night. Air con does not cool the room. Bed on a slant so very uncomfortable. Never again.

Great location for the price overlooking the water. But the wifi connectivity was non existent and the property is very old.
