Unacceptable experience at the campsitennDear,nnI would like to express my dismay after my stay at your campsite, which turned out to be the worst experience of my trip to Australia.nnIn addition to the incessant noise at night, individuals had the audacity to openly offer drugs, including to my partner. When we sought help at reception to report these opportunistic behaviors, no one intervened, thus worsening our feelings of insecurity and neglect.nnThese incidents are deeply disturbing and seriously damaging the image of your campsite.nnI urge you to take concrete measures to ensure the safety and peace of campers.nnSincerely,

4 stars for location and price.nCamp spots were a muddy from the recent rain but manageable. Bathrooms were busy and require a little more attention to cleanliness. But overall okay.

The camp site would have been ok if it was clean. The lodge was dusty. We stayed 3 nights and I doubt the toilets and showers were cleaned in that period of time. The kitchen was disgusting. Food left dried on the BBQs and worktops, on the tables and on the sinks, which is not just disgusting but also dangerous considering the quantity of wildlife that there is in Australia... In fact we saw a rat, and we were lucky it was just a rat.

The rooms were dirty and full of dust. We even had an ant trail behind the bed. And there were spiders between the windows and the mosquito net. The mosquito net was outside and the spiders were inside. You could see that the space between the net and the window hadn't been cleaned for a long time. So we were notnable to airing the room. Although the roomstank.nnThey had only an outdoor kitchen too many mosquitos for an outdoor kitchen and more barbecue facilities than hotplates. And these area was also not clean. The tables were dirtynThe Bathrooms were dirty too and were not cleaned every day. Dead mosquitos on the wall of the showers and pee and co... on the Toilette for several days.nnWlan was available but really bad.n20 min to grocery store walkingn40 min city Center walkingnnWe are travelling for 4 months now and never experienced a holiday park like that.

One of the best parks we've been to.nClean amenities, great laundry facility, and nice kitchen.nMost of all, really helpful and kind staff.nWe enjoyed our stay, thank you.
