will not be back again. this place was better run and service was up to scratch when the old owners were there. the manager/s there always talk and look like they're miserable and grumpy and don't even acknowledge you as a customer. there are too many optical stores out there with better service for these guys to provide such bad service. better pricing elsewhere too. also agree with the customer below who said he got spammed with texts. I received about 4 alone just over Christmas advertising the same thing. so unnecessary.

-Respond to owner- Instead of asking for my details why don't you fix up your site's Opt-Out function properly so it doesn't ask for access to people's phone contact list (which is a huge security risk). And if you are going to do the right thing I shouldn't receive any of future SMS spam anyway (because I never signed up for it). If I continue to receive them I will simply continue to send it to ACMA for them to deal with this under the appropriate legislation. -Original Review- Stop spamming your customer via SMS from different numbers!!! It's bloody annoying! Although I have bought stuff from your shop I have never agreed to be spammed! This is sneaky and totally unprofessional and I have reported your spam to ACMA. And worse, if I click on "unsubscribe" from your mobile site it then asked permission to access my phones contact list?! you got to be joking!! For those of you who's in the same boat, you can forward their spam SMS to ACMA (you can find out the details from ACMA website).

Excellent customer service. Always ... for many years. Excellent products, and they stand behind what they sell. They are always happy to tighten my glasses whenever they need it (which is like once a year). I will go out of my way to always buy my glasses here. Thank you!

Lousy post sales service attitude despite occupying the higher end of prices along the chatswood strip of optical shops. I buy a pair of glasses each year and this is the first shop I have ever had such poor experience with.
