the services at the shop were terrible. My husband and I spend nearly $2000 in this shop. 1st time they forgot to put tinted color on my glasses and they promised to send my glasses to my address I am not in Sydney Regionafter they were done. A girl from the shop called me on 23/12/2022 on my phone and she did not even bother to know my name, just say "Hi there" and she said she would send my glasses to my address. ON 03/01/2023, nearly two weeks later I still have not received my glasses. I called the shop and found out my glasses were still in the shop. When I called the shop, I was told no courier were working during the time. That's strange. Australian Post only closed public holidays and the rest of time they are still open. what a load of BS!!! Not reliable!!! Won't go back again!!!
Excellent service. The Optometrist was very thorough and gave me helpful advice. The team at OPSM Chatswood are so good, I have been a customer for 20 years and have always had great service.
Exceptional service from OPSM Chatswood Chase. My Gucci sunglasses lens was scratched. Mystica helped me choose the best lens replacement and they were ready well in advance of expectations. Could not be happier with the friendly and professional service!
All the staff were incredibly nice and helpful . Norman the optometrist was amazing . Fitted out my RGPs quickly and efficiently. The lenses came in 3 days and fit perfectly.
TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM NIZARA, who was rude, unprofessional and abusive of her power. Tells customers to 'LEAVE THE STORE NOW". "WE DO NOT WANT YOU AS A CUSTOMER" "No I will not tell you my name but I will make a complaint note under your profile" when inquired about a conflicting advice received regarding lenses for existing frames. Abusive of her power by accessing customer information and calling security yet refused to give her own name for the beyond poor services offered. Utterly horrible and disgusting experience for any customer.
Good choice of frames and service. Glasses were made very quickly and as per date advised at time of ordering.
Norman, the optometrist in Chatswood Chase shore is very knowledgeable and thorough in going through all tests. Very reliable advice.
Staff were really friendly and efficient and my specs arrived way before expected due date
Would love to mention Yvonne in warringah store and Jenifer in chatswood chase for a great service and product knowledge they provide us.both very experienced and welcoming us to the store.we visit both store few times for eye test followed by choosing frames and adjustments.i will definitely go back to either of you next time I visit OPSM.thank you Yvonne and Jennifer
The team there is fantastic, OPSM is generally more expensive so expect to pay higher rates but you get what you pay for and it's done right.
