I recently attended the centre on the 17th and had a wonderful experience with the staff despite a slight time delay. The whole appointment ran quite smoothly with Margaret constantly asking if I was comfortable. I then completed the customer feedback survey emailed to me on the same day. The following day, I received a call from one of their staff member following up on my experience with sincere apologies regarding the 15min delay and continued to ask care questions and offered if there was anything else they can do to help me. The staff member then said he will pass feedback to all members of the team to ensure a better experience next time. Overall, I am very pleased and highly satisfied with their quality of service and will definitely be back.
I have been a client for many years and have always had courteous service, especially from May at the front desk. Her cheerful and professional outlook has always made for an enjoyable customer experience.
