I was so impressed with Vivien today. Not only was she friendly, but she was incredibly quick, without feeling rushed at all whilst explaining every detail clearly. She also proceeded to assist with my order, which made my experience so much more smooth and easy. Thank you, Vivien — appreciate your professionalism!
Vivien is a wonderful optometrist. I saw her for the first time yesterday, and was most impressed. She did an amazing job. And she’s a very lovely person. I was made to feel most welcome. I’ll definitely be coming back. The sales assistant who helped me choose the glasses was also pleasant.
Terrible experience ever, “ thank” the lady gave me this unique experience with Bupa. Can’t believe the staff over there will tell me “ even this year your degree is -4.5, but next year your degree will be -5.0, so your degree is super high!!” Sounds like she is cursing me? Why would I pay money to buy the service someone is literally cursing me? That is super rude! And she is not familiar with the process, don’t know how to provide a quote at all. Her explanation was so confused and made me feel so difficult to communicate with her.
Selected a glass, made the payment, they gave us the display one, asked for the new, manager said it's the last one, checked the item but had loads of scratches. Requested the refund, they did refund but till this point we spend 45 minutes. What waste of time. You don't respect customer time. On a side note, to Bupa management, make some effort to work on your customer service, the representatives attitude is horrible.
They have been awesome. The best bupa optical franchise in sydney. The staff is so cooperative and flexible. I requested them to drop a frame from chatswood to liverpool and that was done. Lots of other great stuff
visited earlier in the week and boy was I impressed with their service, big thanks to Vivien who was absolutely amazing during the whole check up appointment, she was attentive, considerate, knowledgeable, energetic and most of all efficient without making you feel rushed in the process. The sales assistant who helped complete the transaction was also very friendly and helpful. All this during probably their most busiest period before eoy is something to be commended, thanks for the great exp!
I attended the Chatswood NSW store on the 14th of Feb for an eye examination and ordered 2 pairs of glasses and a trial set of contact lenses. I went back in on the 15th and paid for the what I thought was 2 pairs. A week later I walked in to collect my contacts and see if I could collect my glasses or get an update as to when I could collect Feb 23rd and I was informed that even though I had paid, the order was never entered in to the system. I also found out that the order I paid for was only one pair of glasses, not two. I then paid more to secure my second pair of glasses and was told that my order would be sent as a priority and I still haven't heard anything from anyone about them a week later. To say I am not happy is an understatement. I called to register a complaint and was informed that someone would contact me regarding this and, to date March 2, 2022, I am STILL waiting to hear from ANYONE.
Maybe the rude people have left or they've upped their game. Anyway, always look after me and go the extra mile. Very polite team and quite enjoy my time there. Very thorough with checks and make my Bupa membership worthwhile.
Honestly, this store has the worse customer service ever. The sales lady talks in a haughty manner, I understand that in these times a mask is something one can wear but it is incredibly hard for us to hear what she is saying. I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times and I don't think it has anything to do with my ears or my wife's ears. The service is terrible, she did not know what she was talking about half the time. I love the optometrist though, she's very friendly, comforting and far better than no naming or shaming sale's people.
The elder Chinese woman is very very unfriendly. No patience at all. I am sure she received many complains. However looks like manager not going to fix the problem. Very poor service! Then I went to Specsavers.
