I recently purchased a new pair of glasses from a competitor, but managed to damage the frames within 2 weeks. They wouldn't repair them and said I would need to purchase a new pair. I went in to the Chatswood Chase 1001 optical store, and within less than 5 minutes, John had fixed them good as new! And he did this free of charge. Outstanding Service! They were so helpful. Bought a pair of glasses from 1001 Chatswood and I'm 100% satisfied with it. My friends gave me a lot of compliments and said I look great when I wear those. Like the customer service from them and it only took 3 days to get a pair of brand new one.
