Can't say a bad thing about this place. They've only ever been good to me on my 3 appointments so far. Had my first and hopefully only! root canal treatment here, and despite being fairly complicated turns out I have more nerves in my teeth than usual my experience with Dr Yasmina Adriani was first class. You could do far worse than this place. Cost was on the average side for Sydney.
This dental practice is "HORRIBLE!" I attended this practice as a NIB customer a while back and the female dentist here said all of my teeth are decayed and needed either filling or replacement, which accounted to around $2500 .... I was beyond shock. I later on checked with another dental clinic, of whom said I only had 1 decay instead of 12 decay mentioned by NIB Dental Care Chatswood. This is really scary! Plus the nurse who marked down my decay didn't seem to understand dentist's instructions and ended up marking on the wrong tooth on the graph. What the heck? That's the reason why I never go back to this practice after my horrible experience. I would have given them a 0/5 star but unfortunately I have to give 1 star as it is the requirement...... DO NOT VISIT THIS PRACTICE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
Poor service from NiB receptionist. Refused to give me dental appointment when I got late 15mins. I rang the nib Chatswood that I was running late but they said it’s okay. But when I went there, they refused me to give service. It was waste of time, money and energy. Not recommend nib dental service.
I just went there and saw Dr Lewin and I have to say it was the best dental experience I have ever had and she is by far the best dentist I have ever come across!
Worst experience I’ve ever had! I was butchered in the chair whilst having my wisdom teeth removed, only to end up in hospital two days later. After calling them to ask for help as I knew things had gone very wrong, only to be told “no dentist hear will touch you, just go to the hospital then”. The extreme pain, costs for several emergency dentists visits to fix what was done and weeks off work we’re not worth it, Nib should not be recommending this centre as a provider!
The nib dental centre cancelled my appointment which was booked over a month in advanced for ‘technical reasons’ with just 2 hours notice, told to call to rebook, so called, put on hold then told that I couldn’t rebook on the phone and to book on the website. Book on the website and couldn’t get another appointment until over a month *sigh*
So impressed with my experience and the entire team! From reception to dentist to assistant! I had a clean up with Dr Shukla who was extremely professional and made me feel at ease as it was a big job. He explained everything he was doing and afterwards explained clearly how to take care of your teeth on a regular basis. Extremely satisfied with the entire clinic!! Thank you!!
I had my first check up and clean with Dr James Brewster today and was so impressed with how thorough, caring and informative he was. It is hard to find trusted dentists and other health care professionals these days, I definitely feel like I have found a very genuine, caring and highly skilled dentist in Dr Brewster & feel relieved to have found a dentist I can trust. Thank you!
I'm highly recommend Dr David Ko.He is my personal dentist I want to said thanks to you Dr David for my 2 tooth extractions he are really gentle and so kind he make me no nervous and a Zero pain process of my surgery. Dr David Ko you are legend. Thanks .
I used to see a local dentist in Green Square but he ripped customers off in a bad way. Therefore I have realized the importance of find a right clinic even if you have to travel far. The price of items services are slightly above the average but the extra are well worth, as my dentist here is honest, caring, professional, transparent. I was provided with the estimate cost for extras before starting the extra treatment. So my total bill at the end is significantly less than how much the doggy Dzire dental at Green Square charged me. Plus NIB dental is a large practice with good reputation, the hygiene procedure is relatively more strict and reliable
