I've consulted Dr Kim twice in the last 1 year for ENT problems and he has been super helpful in addressing my concerns. Dr Kim clearly explains what exactly the problem is and prescribes very efficient and minimal medical prescription. Would highly recommend for ENT related issues.
Very disappointing experience. According to him a surgical intervention is needed but when I asked him if he could do it, he said “No, go do it with another colleague”. You could notice that halfway through the visit he was already eager to see me walk out the door. I think that, sadly, he has become one of those cases, where you can see the change in the attitude after a few years in the Luxembourgish health system. I requested a written report with the diagnosis, not only because I think it should be a basic patient’s right, but also for another doctor to be able to see what the diagnosis was. And a few days later I received a supposedly detailed report by mail, half of which was my own description of the symptoms. And for that report I received an invoice of nearly 42 euros, after the invoice of 90 that I already paid for the consultation. No wonder there's a deficit in the accounts of the CNS.
